We went 2 times to this outlet during the last 4 years. The outlet is quite small but they keep adding up good stores and they usually have real outlet prices. Restrooms can be far away depending on where you are in the outlet.If you are in the area and it is a rainy day, this is a place to go!

Nice mall strategically located on the road, convenient for a smart stop, they have nice stores. In my case was driving from the north and wanted a rest area and found this place, they have good services and it's not crowded as malls tend to be.. This was almost empty and the most beautiful were the prices! I will come back for sure!!

This outlet center is right off the Vero Beach exit of I95. There are a number of stores here and many people shop here but just because it is there, I personally do not believe that this is a great spot for discounts. The place has lots of parking and many stores but I think that the prices are not worth the effort to get there. Many people buy because it is a destination but since I live nearby , I do not believe that it is worth the trip.

Small outlet mall, but I manage to find something when I go. The stores are better than they used to be, but I don't think outlet malls ever have the prices one would expect. You really have to look for the deals.

This wasn't the biggest or the best Outlet Mall that I have been to. I noticed several closed stores and nothing that I would go out of my way to stop at. They did have a Restoration Hardware, Coach and a few of the usual stores that you see at all of the outlet malls. Most of the Designer stores were not there. This Outlet is just so, so, keep on going down the highway...

There could of been more of a variety in there as far as products. Instead a lot of the same product lines so by the time we got halfway thru it got boring.

A Williams Sonoma outlet store!!! Need I say more! The outlets are getting better stores which means better shopping! I love Williams Sonoma!!!

I love going here, I always get my Coach or Dooney & Burke bags here when visiting Florida. My daughter found a great swimsuit at The Swim Mart, but the juniors selection was very small. We all found sandals at Famous footwear and the Nike store is great. This is not a great mall for teenagers though (other than Nike). My 15 year old daughter needed jean shorts and we were not able to find any,

We were very happy with the price and the quality of customer service. The stores we visited: Nike, Reebok, Banana Republic, Izod, Tommy Hilfiger had great service and lots of good bargains. This is a place to go with time, at least 2 - 3 hours, don't rush, so that you have the opportunity to look around. The place it is conveniently located right off I 95. I would definitely would go back on my next trip to Florida.

We went on a whim. And was pleasantly surprised at both the prices and service. Every store had great service and although smaller than outlets I'm use to, we still managed to find lots of bargains!

But that day the Coach outlet had a great sale that my wife took advantage of. That makes this outlet very good rather than your average outlet... it saved me some $$$. The beall outlet had some great deals as well.

This is a great set of outlets. It is packed with a wonderful variety of stores for everyone in the family in a small amount of space. It is conveniently located right off of I 95 with gas stations and a few small restaurants nearby if needed. My favorite stores or Williams-Sonoma and Restoration Hardware. It is always a stop when I travel up the East Coast.

Great selection of stores for both men and women. Coach usually has a 20-40% off on most items. Ralph Lauren, Tommy, CK, GAP, Banana Republic also have sales. Restoration hardware and William Sonoma could possibly be the most expensive stores. Great location right off 95 with McD's, Stake and Shake for food near by.

I shopped at the Outlets in November 2014 and I had a hard time packing everything to bring it home. They have a lot of stores with 70% off sales. There is The Loft, Chico's, BCBG Max Azaria and probably 40 more stores. I would highly recommend shopping here.

It is a regular "go to" place for my friends and me.Up to date fashionable clothes, shoes, at sometimes fraction of reg retail price found someplace else !Highly recommend to check it out !Just allow yourself anough time to do so, since there are so many great shops to check out :)One afternoon just wasn't enough for us.......An added plus ?Outlet mall is very easy to find and get to, well maintained and clean !
