I had received something in the mail about this market and had not yet been. I asked several people to go as bf was working. I decided to go on my own - had a great time and still don't think I saw everything. The amount of vendor was amazing and there is a menagerie of things to see. Also loved the music and bar near the back, met a few nice folks. Going back with the bf to get full experience and if you have the time - $20 car wash is well worth it - TIP them please. Great place togo

This market was easy to find. We arrived early so we had plenty of parking spaces to choose from. When we left the lot was full so I suggest arriving early. The entire market is covered, so you are out of the elements. All the shop owners we talked to were friendly. The entire complex, including the bathrooms are kept clean. It was nice to have samples available at many of the spots so I could try before I buy. It seemed that there was an emphasis on healthy living at this market. I saw lots of original merchandise and types of food. There was lots of places to purchase both hot and cold foods. However, there was a variety of other items for sale. The bummer thing is that there were so many open booth spots. This place is very nice. I hope that the open spots can get filled in. I'll return to this market again.

During a rainy weekend visiting in the Fort Lauderdale area, we found this through Trip Advisors. Since we were travelling and only in the area for a short time, we didn't buy any of the produce, but it looed extremely fresh and in good condition. The homemade food selections were very diverse: fresh cookies and pastries, delicious ice cream, sourdough bread, olives, Cuban food, Peruvian food, Greek food, bread pudding, sugared nuts, flan, coffee, Italian food, pizza, flavored olive oils and more that I have forgotten. Everything is under cover if the weather is wet. Parking is tricky, but we were lucky and found a great spot!

It is a wonderful outing for me and hubby, we shop fresh fruits and vegetables, we have lunch... and a plus: doggies are allowed, so I have a ball petting as many as I can, as my condo does not allows pets...... so: it is a joy for body and spirit !!!!

Very culturally diverse! You can find all different types of arts and crafts. Fresh produces and coconut water. It's dog friendly which I love!

This place it so convenient and a great place to get all your fresh produce have the cost of the local supermarkets. We go every weekend and purchase produce for the week along with other fun stuff they sell there. There is a New Orleans style stand that serves amazing food, a great bread pudding stand, multiple produce stands, olives furniture plants home everything here!! They have plenty of parking. Go to the guest service desk in the middle and ask for a free reusable shopping bag!

Not as much fruits and vegetables as you would think, but a myriad of other vendors makes up for it. Lots of things to sample. The olive and olive oil vendor makes it worth the trip. Just a fun place to spend a few hours on the weekend and end up with a treasure to take home.

Some of the best meat, seafood, prepared foods and baked goods around South Florida. Terrific staff helps you get exactly what you are looking for. Meats are superb, seafood is so much better than in supermarkets and other businesses. Prepared food is ready to serve and if you like Italian cakes, pastries, cookies and a wide variety of baked goods, don't pass by their bakery.Fresh produce, very nice wine selection, home made cheeses are just a sampling of the variety and quality of Doris' Italian Market. They have 5 locations around south Florida, so there is likely one close to where you are.

I first went to the Yellow Green Farmers Market back in 2012 upon returning to Hollywood and although it had great, fresh veggies and fruits, it wasn't all full of vendors yet. That has changed drastically in the last year or so as word of mouth has spread. Now the selections are amazing, even some exotic, hard-to-find fruits appear weekly, like mamey or guavas, passion fruit, etc. (when in season). You can get farm fresh eggs, meats, fish, olives imported from Spain and Italy, fresh Mozzarella and home-made butter (say hello to Vinnie from me!), rare plants for your garden, and while you're there you can stop and have a scrumptious bite to eat!The prepared food stands range from excellent, authentic Puerto Rican Pasteles to Jamaican to Cajun to Mexican to fresh organic "nuvo-Floridian" (yeah, I just made up that term, but that's what it is!). The fresh pastries are loaded with fresh fruit or drenched in chocolate with flaky "mil hojas". You can find a fountain and a glazed pot to put in your garden, pick up fresh pickled jalapeños and even get your shoes repaired here! If you're in Broward county and have a spare morning or afternoon (mornings are better for selection) on a Saturday or Sunday (ONLY - not open during the week), be sure not to miss the Yellow Green - it's fun just to stroll along the aisles and check out the phenomenal selection of just about anything you can think of!

Yellow Green Market is horrible! If any one reads this please don't go there unless you want to be threatened and verbally assaulted by "Jimmy",... My wife and I got to the event this morning and we were met by "Jimmy" who first presented himself as a cop and then as the owner. He walked up to our car took a picture and very proudly told us we were getting a ticket for parking there. We were never told where to park or that we could get in early to setup before the craft show. We have done many high level craft shows in the past. When I tried to reason with him explaining that we were there just to setup he maintained his smugness and then harshly dictated his policy, treating us incredibly rude. Treated us horrible and even tried to pick a fight with me,..he is obviously not a business person. He berated us and threatened to arrest us. I will never go back to Yellow Green Market. I hope none of you do either, I feel sorry for so many vendors that have to put up with this animal.

During the weekend off from the two week program at Pritikin Longevity Center and Spa, we strolled the market in Hollywood. So easy to park! They also handed out free cloth shopping bags! The food samples and food stalls were a huge temptation, but we came armed with snacks so we wouldn't blow our Pritikin diet. The vegetable and fruit selections were a true tropical delight and we stocked up on exotic fruit to take back and share with our exercise pals!Sort of sad that there were so many unoccupied booths for lease; also missed seeing much in the way of fish and meat mongers. Probably temporary (we were there in the off-season), and we would definitely go back!

Not your average farmer's market. This market is open year round on Sat. and Sun. only and the absolute best in the area. You will find local produce, espresso coffee, fresh coconut water, exotic fruits and vegetables, clothing, rocks and stones, jewelry, cheeses, stall after stall of delicious foods and deserts, and great music in two locations all day long. You can sit and enjoy a cocktail and food while listening to music. You will go nuts for this market! It is all under cover, no need to worry about rain. Check out their website for directions. All on one floor with easy access for wheelchairs and strollers.

This market is the best, fresh produce. And lot of other stuff clothing, Jewelery, cologne and perfume. "VERY CLEAN" you must stop by at the bar and have a bite to eat and a cold beer and listen to the live music and be sure to ask for Joanne Donat the owners.
