i liked the room, the pool, the spa, the hut, i think maybe the food prices are overrated but you have so much choices around the area that is not no even an issue

It is located on a pier so you can sit above the water, enjoy the view, the food and the company. The food is good, the staff is attentive.

If you are staying at Newport Beachside Resort you get free access to the pier. The pier provides a beautiful view of Sunny Isles beaches and the huge developments that are on the beach.

THe pier is clean and beautiful. Free for newport guest but you have to pay to go on. The downside is that you have to walk through the restaurant. Its tight and super awkward.

Very clean, excellent service, beautiful view and the food is great. COST: about us 70-75 $ for 2 if you are careful ( no dessert, one glass of wine each, one main dish each ).Very relaxing atmosphere . We went there 2 times.

We took a walk on the pier. It was a fast walk as it was breezy that night. They charge to walk on the pier, but If you are staying at the Newport Beachside Hotel there is no charge. They have a restaurant on the pier and also nice comfy chairs and lights set up. It looks so inviting!!

We were made to show our room key before we were allowed to venture on to the pier. Enjoyed watching the fishermen at the end of the pier, and enjoyed watching the large rollers coming off the ocean. Checked out the restaurant but found it to be pricy.

Typical mall, been to one been to them all. Had dinner at Los Ranchos, and it was just ok. Not what I was expecting for food, some of it was out the bag or box that it came in. Not some place I would go back to.

we ate dinner at the pier but did not have seafood. The food we had was fantastic and got a lot of food. We could not eat it all. Chris was our waiter and he was on top of it. He returned to our table each time we got our appetizer and food to see how everything was. We ate inside due to the wind but it was still enjoyable. Need to go there one time at least if you are in the area. They have specials and happy hour.

OK so you pay to park, and then you pay out the nose for bad food. Then they charge you to take a walk out on the pier!? What!The Buffalo Shrimp was soggy and mushy, the oyster po' boy had about 5 sad oysters on it and we ordered a dozen oysters on the half shell and only received 10! We asked to speak to the Manager and she never came over to the table. We live in the area and will never return. $100 for a couple appetizers and a few glasses of wine may be the Norm in South Beach, but doesn't make sense in Sunny Isles.

definitely a trip you want to take. Miami has one of the best sceneries. and staying at the Sole made it so much easier to get around
