Went there twice within a week-end to replace side-view mirror on my bike, then to replace my husband's saddle with a more comfortable one. In both cases, we had to wait a bit for other customers to be finished, but we then got the whole attention of the salesperson and received good advice on the saddle.

Asked to be sized and was told I did not need it and were too busy. Found out discomfort due to way too big of bike. Sold at a loss and got perfect fit from other dealer.

Customer service was very good. The recumbent bikes are very comfortable. The trail to the south to Floral City runs next to the highway. There is a swath of trees between the highway and the trail. There is sun and shade. I didn't like the noise from the highway traffic. The lakes and rivers cannot be seen from the trail. I suggest bringing a lock and chain otherwise leaving the bike trail is difficult and/or a risk of the bike being stolen. There is a state park off the trail between Inverness and Floral City but we didn't go into it but I wish we had. I also didn't care for all the roads to cross. Liberty Park is across from the Bike Rental. It is very beautiful with a board walk over the lake. The experience was ok but I would have preferred quiet and more scenery. It is 15 miles round trip from the bike rental and Floral city. It took 3 hours roundtrip.

I went in for a tire and tube for my bicycle and after waiting for nearly a half hour to be seen (it was a busy day, but not that busy) I asked when I would be helped, my response was implied that because I wasn't walking out of there with a whole bike I wasn't worth their time. I won't be back
