You feel secure throughout the course, but is still frightening when you are so high up in the trees. So many ziplines and obstacles to try it was loads of fun. My girlfriend and I went together and had a great time together. Rob was the best instructor.

Took our teenage granddaughters for a trip through the treetops. We all loved it and will definitely go again.

My teenager & I decided to take on the adventure last month since there wasn't enough snow to go sledding. What an experience!! We ended up with a great & fun group of people which made this challenge so much more fun & memorable. My son loves this kind of stuff, climbing trees, zip lining and obstacles. I however, am not! Lol...I'm afraid of heights! The Extreme crew walked us through the demo course....made it all seem so easy until they let you loose! Once you're up there, in the trees, you have to be committed to finish that course! But I tell you what...once I made it past the first obstacle & past the initial panic....I loved it! I was very physically challenging but so much fun! My son, the monkey that he is of course zipped through the first few courses like a breeze. I recommend this to any family, team, co-workers! If you need a challenge or just want to do something fun & different...come give this a try! I dare you! :D Tip...get their gloves unless you have the ones that are padded or have leather on fingers....your fingers will get bruised & sore from the wire line.

My 8 year old daughter had done this once before and loved it. So, when we were in Flagstaff, we made a reservation once again. Kids under 11 (or maybe it's 12) have a separate course from the adults, and an adult must watch each child from the ground, so it's not possible for younger children and their parents to do courses simultaneously. But my daughter had a blast and did a great job of using the equipment to go through the course safely. The instruction is good and she knew what to do when she started the course. The employees also watch from the ground to make sure everyone is being safe. Kids have a great sense of accomplishment after finishing.

We had a blast. It was challenging and fun at the same time. There's a spot for the kids, too. You go as far as you feel capable with staff to help you along the way.

My teen son and I enjoyed it and it helps develop confidence. Staff was very helpful and encouraging.

Perfect way to spend three hours - if you are in mediocre shape and interested in a little challenge, this course is great.

This is a really cool way to feel like a kid playing in the trees again. I have a moderate fear of heights, but the harness is secure & you're in control helping reduce that anxiety. It's absolutely a workout, but you laugh through most of it. It's great that they break up the course, there's a kids side, a 1/2 course that's includes the "easier" challenges, then the full course, which requires some stamina. Just remember when you go, it's not about muscle, it's about finesse. Slow & Steady will always win at this course, so plan your moves, and have a blast.

Great time, I spent the morning there with my two kids. By lunch, they were happy, energetic, and best of all more confident. Its a great place, well run, and very friendly staff. I look forward to returning many more times.

This is my 3rd visit....and now they have added an extra course in this year, so it's a way better value for your money! It's not for everyone, but I suggest that you try. It does get more physical as you go on... and higher up in the trees.... but it's 100% safe. They also have a kids version, so that youth can have some challenge also.

We took our 10 year old grandson who is tough to please to this fantastic spot. It's beautiful spot but the thrill is in the trees - an amazing zip line. The staff shows them how to use the course safely and then the kids are on their own. It was one of the greatest pleasures I ever known, watching him navigate the course and gain confidence every minute. If in Flagstaff, don't pass this up.

My 11 and 8 year old boys did the kids course over the weekend and had a blast. Staff are very safety oriented, yet friendly and gracious. They were great with the kids. The adult course looks amazing, going to have to make time for that next time.

We loved the challenge and very impressed with how organized they were. It was so much fun we have sent tons of people there and are planning a trip there again in the spring.

I'm sharing my experience at Flagstaff Extreme Adventure in the hope that I may inspire other mature adult ladies to give it a try. I'm 57 and that didn't hold me back from spending just over 3 hours in the trees. I felt confident in my safety harness and well prepared after taking the short demo run. We picked a nice weather day, which helped create the right mood. The course was not too packed, so we never felt rushed. Limited number of people in a group start at designated intervals, insuring a consistent flow. Guides watch from below, or if they're needed meet you anywhere on the course. Two young girls needed a "rescue" when they felt unsure about proceeding, and they were quickly and safely lowered to the ground. If you complete this course or any portion of it, you will leave with a greater sense of accomplishment and confidence in your physical abilities. Well worth the price of admission. Highly recommended!

I took my wife and daughter to spend a day of fun in Flagstaff. The course takes about 3 1/2 hours to complete. It starts off pretty easy and get more extreme as it goes on. My wife stopped after 2 courses and we continued on. By the time we were finished I was very tired as well as my daughter. It was a great experience and a chance to meet people and spend the day outdoors. We will be returning here for sure. Money well spent!
