Happened to just see this place after our not so great experience at Passion Cellars next door and was pleasantly surprised with the testing here. They produce very small volumes but so friendly and loved the wine I wanted to buy one of each but budget only allowed one bottle. Definitely will be back next time we are in Jerome!

We had stopped here previously and were looking forward to a return. Previously we'd bought a number of bottles 2003-2004 which were from the original winemaker's library collection. This time we had a couple of glasses of 2 different 2004 Merlots. Enjoyed both enough to then buy bottles. Had a great server Gary who was busy with a group of 6-8 ladies, but was able to keep an eye on us. Also spent time talking with new Winemaker Jason and Sarah their marketing person. Recommend spending some time there when you visit Jerome, as well as heading next door to Passion, where you'll find all the same personnel.

We visited the tasting room on a whim as we were walking by at the behest of the staff. We were all alone for the majority of the time. Very interesting selection of locally produced wines. We purchased a few and can't wait for them to arrive!

I had the place to myself initially, and one other couple eventually came in. It was a thoroughly enjoyable time, even if the wines were hit and miss. I liked the Triad and the Zins most of all. According to the lady pouring tastes, the owner of Echo Canyon had been ill at one point so the vintages you'll be tasting are circa '03. OK for some wines, not so much for others. Hope future vintages go well for these guys.

We went last week to the tasting room of Echo Canyon, Cody was so knowledgeable about their wines, he knew all the % of the blend, what region, the variety, the notes, and finish of each wine. Being from a wine region (Walla Walla) I found him to be at the top level of knowledge. He was fun to visit with, he is well traveled, and a great entertainer. Almost forgot to mention...they had the best wine we tasted in 3 days of tasting. Don't waste your time on the others, go to Echo Canyon, you won't be disappointed.
