We took 4 kids ages 10, 12, 13 & 15 and we arrived early right after they opened. The go-carts were open early so we purchased the unlimited rides for 19.99. The kids were able to ride for almost an hour all by themselves before anyone else showed up to ride. They all enjoyed the go carts but the oldest one said they were a bit slow and the track was not very big. For the most part I think they all had a great time riding. When more people arrived and a line started to ride the go-cats they changed it to the original 5 min rides. It takes about 15 min for each 5 min ride because they have to load and unload the kids. We also rode the bumper boats which seemed a bit tired. Three worked but the fourth had to be changed out twice before we got one that worked. The boat area was small and the kids lost interest quickly. We took their report cards and they got tokens for good grades.. 3 tokens for each A and 2 tokens for each B. I also printed out a coupon for $10 Free tokens from their website. The kids played for a while in the arcade and had a good time. They found plenty of games to play but most were motorcycle or racing type games. There were No old school games like Mrs. Pacman. We did enjoy playing air hockey and the Deal or No Deal game. As usual like at most bowling alleys or arcades the Tickets for trinkets were pretty lame. 340 tickets got about 6 pieces of small candy... The kids enjoyed it but when you turn the equivalent of $20 into a few pieces of candy it is really not worth it to me. About 2 hours after we arrived it started to get a bit crowded. The kids rode the go-carts again but this time it was about a 30 min wait for 5 min of ride time. I would suggest going early if you want the go cart track all to yourself. Mini Golf was ok, but they only played because it came with the tickets. The batting cages took one token each ($2 for 25 balls) and they were ok. The people working there were nice and we did have a good time. The facilities could use some updating and a paint job but were clean and family friendly. :)

Not even worth a 1-star, honestly.Their facilities are old and not well maintained. In addition, their "no hat rule" is completely discriminatory toward individuals who wear religious head-coverings: hijabs, yamakas, turbans etc. I've never encountered this problem until coming here. Would not recommend at all.

I recently took a trip to Malibu Grand Prix in Norcross. I read the reviews online prior to going out, but I decided to check things out for myself. The park itself is actually very clean and nice for families. We went to the park on October 25th and had a very good time. The line wait was not long, the golf courses were well taken care of, and the water throughout the park was clean and clear. The staff was mainly kids (looked to be in college) and were very friendly. My family stayed at the park for over 5 hours and had a blast while there. The manager on duty even gave my son a gift for his birthday! I would recommend going to the park to check it out for yourself!

Not sure if it was better at one point but this place is run down, went there because we read that they had the grand prix cart on their website, when we got there the grand prix has been closed down for about 2 months according to the guy who attended us. Got on the regular kart and it wouldn't even start... after several tries they got me into another that eventually got started.

Read positive reviews and decided to take grand kids. Hoped to spend "at least" a few hours. Got there around 1:30 and ended up leaving reluctantly at 7:15. Go kart line was long. We came on a Sat, probably not best idea. Once got on gokarts, kids had great time. We did miniature golf, water bumper cars and water park. After that, we ordered food. Usually food is expensive and lousy at these places. Price wasn't cheap but pizza was delicious. Saw baskets of chicken fingers go by, that looked great also. Played arcade and grandson spun a wheel and won 1,000 tickets. Omly thing that was a bit annoying was that when we ordered lunch, they had run out of fountain drinks and only had bottled soda available, at a higher price. However, we came back after arcade and they had refilled. Forgot to say we could have stayed another 4 hours. We didn't get to do batting cage do gokarts a 2nd time and play longer in arcadeStaff was very friendly and helpful. Token machines weren't working, for arcade games. Asked employee behind counter, for help. He immediately got tokens for me

I celebrated my son birthday party here on 8/16/2014 and I was very disappointed. When we arrived at 3:00pm his room was not ready and his party was to start at 3:30pm. The host was not very attentive and I dont think my son received the full party experince that malibu had to offer. I ordered several items off the menu to feed the parents. And every LAST food item came to the room one at a time. the children soda came before the pizza. I was told that one person quit on them the day of the party, but that had nothing to do with my son party. Management could have stepped up and help provide the staff and my son with a great party along with others that had a party that same day. I paid $300 if not more for his party and when i call the manager yesterday to voice my concerns, the only thing he could offer me was passes back to the water park. THOSE PASSES ALONG WITH THE PASSES FROM THE PARTY PACKAGE WILL NOT BE USED, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Possibly the worst attraction I have ever been to. It was dirty, crowded, and there was very little to do. There is a water park along with one go kart track, two miniature golf courses and bumper boats outside. Inside there are arcade games. The water park was not great and because it was there there were a lot of kids running around and using the other attractions wearing just their swimsuits and tennis shoes. It was very unhygienic and made us not want to do anything in the arcade where some of them were sitting. The bumper boats only had 4 boats running which caused a very long wait. The line for the go karts was at least 30 minutes. The miniature golf course was very basic with not much other than concrete and holes. There were batting cages as well which were extra, they were empty. Luckily we had a groupon so it was only $17 per person, but it was barely worth that. I will absolutely never ever ever go there again.

This place USED to be the place to hang out and ride carts. It has gone downhill FAST!!! They added a water park and that's a disaster waiting to happen!!! Place is not clean, feel very dirty and nasty after being in the "park" for any length of time

I like the fact that it is close by. The inside needs updating and needs to be cleaner. The lines are always too long and slow moving. I take my 12 year old here for the go-carts. I want him to get the feel of driving.

These days, I only take my son here so he can get used to driving. He is 12. Go carts helped me learn how to drive when I was a youngster...way back in the day. LOL!Not much fun going here anymore. Lines are too long and too slow. Sorry; but, your place needs to be updated

My extended family and I went here for my little cousins 6th birthday. It was a lot of fun for adults and kids. The pizza was good and the staff were very nice.

We did bumper boats and everyone enjoyed that. Ride lasted longer than I expected, around 10 mins. Go karts were pretty good and kids loved them. We bought the unlimited ride bands but later found out that batting cages were not included so had to pay extra for that. Bit more disappointment from their arcade section. Most of the arcade games were very outdated. Biggest complaint was that there were so many mosquitos there. We came back with numerous mosquito bites. It must have been mosquito season! Overall everyone had a good time.

I never write reviews. But, I was worried after reading the others on here. So, I wanted to do one so others can get a better idea of what to expect. The workers were SO friendly! And they were teenagers. Yet, so kind and helpful and pleasant. I was shocked. And, the arcade games worked! and there was some cool ones we had never seen before. My son even hit the 1000 ticket jackpot. Also, the go karts are fast. The track isn't amazing or anything and a little bumpy but still fun for the kids. The water park of course wasn't open, but it was completed and seems awesome. The batting cages were great as they offered different speeds of balls. Could use some new helmets and bats though. The putt putt course was neat and just fine. I also signed up online and got a coupon for a $24.99 savings! (you do have to print it out but that's ok with us) The bumper boats water smelled clean, and the kids got pretty wet but didn't stink like at Six Flags. The bumper boats were old and faded. And, the building outside is faded. But, I expected that. It didn't affect my experience at all. We also saw the party rooms. They are small, but clean. The bathrooms were clean too. I am pretty picky! we will definitely go back!

Place is very unkept, cleanliness & upkeep definitely not a priority, however, the kids do seem to have fun regardless. Everything just looks old, building and all.

I will never patronize this establishment again...we signed up for the promotional deals via tablets at our hotel. We were visiting and when I asked if they could verify the coupons over email or allow us to print the manager refused. He stated we should visit a library or local Kinkos. Being from out of town...I was appalled since we do not know the area. He didn't even offer directions. The lack of professionalism or compassion I will never pay for my son to play here again. they advertise a water park and when you get there the waterpark has not even been built yet. For a high price, the only thing they offer for elementary age kids...are mini golf, bumper boats that don't work my son had to change boats three times because no water was being shoot out, and bumper cars as a passenger only. I am very disappointed. However my son had a great time. Keep in mind his stepdad had to pay to be a passenger so that he could enjoy the activities because my son didn't meant all the height requirements. My tip for this company GET BETTER MANAGEMENT!!! They have an nice arcade area though.
