its average at best, but seems management is trying to bring its standard up.This course has been owned by several parties over the years, hope the the current group can bring it up because its actually a decent layout.Tight and tough on some holes as the trees have closed in better be accurate here. Its short but the tightness and small greens can make it a challenge. And yes it hasnt been called springbrook in a well its collins hill now.

I'm just starting out with golf and have only been to 10 or so courses. This one isn't the bottom of the barrel, but close to it. The biggest plus is that it is so close to home, and you can find decent pricing online.Management is trying to improve the course, and that takes time. This course is a bit of a challenge with the narrow fairways and a couple of long holes. If you are a teen with out a parent, expect to be walking the course. This just happened to my son and 2 of his friends, all 16 or 17 years old.

This is a good example of why the government should not run a golf course. There is simply no money in the budget to make this the course it once was. Go play Apalachee or Hamilton Mill.
