I recommend that EVERYONE. go on this and have a great time. Dealing with Jeff and Kay was such a blessing and the blessed me and my family. My son has leukemia and and because of them he was given a wish and has not stopped talking about it! Thank you Jeff and Kay.

We had a group of 9 that went out on a Sunday afternoon in August for a 4 hour trip. The employees at $10 river tubing were incredibly helpful in getting everything all set for us. I would recommend spending the extra $2 and getting a tube with a bottom as the water is VERY cold (a paddle is also useful - another $2). We had an absolutely wonderful day on the river. It is a gorgeous and relaxing ride. Our 4 hour ride turned into a 5 hour ride. When we reached the end, a representative from $10 river tubing was waiting to help us and our tubes out of the water. All in all a fantastic way to spend a summer afternoon in Georgia. Highly recommend!

Several of my friends and I went to $10 River Tubing last week and it was wonderful. We have in the past been going down with Shoot the Hooch in Roswell and decided to give these guys a try. We arrived about 1:30 and were signed in and ON THE RIVER by 2. (faster than the other company ever got us on). The staff was extremely helpful and did everything they could to ensure our trip was to our satisfaction and we enjoyed the riverHowever, the most amazing thing was the river quality!! I had no idea that the water was so much cleaner than the Roswell area of the river. After experiencing the difference I would have a hard time going back anywhere downstream. Plus the float was in an area of the river that was secluded and a natural setting, unlike crossing under the expressway as we had become familiar with.AND, the cost with a bottom tube and a paddle was 1/3 of what we had been paying!!! WE are new regulars of $10 river Tubing from here out. Hope to see you there.

Make sure you get a tube with a bottom because the water is freezing. We did the 2 hour float trip. The sun was out for about half of the trip. The water is nice and slow, nothing to worry about with rough water or low water areas. The young and old will be fine on the 2 hr trip. The bus ride back to the rental place was misreable. The bus was way overcrowded (people had to stand up down the center aisle of the bus) and we waited more than 30 minutes for the bus to take us back to our cars. This is a fun trip, but be prepared for cold water, a long wait to get back to your car, and possibly standing with your wet behind in the middle aisle of a packed bus.

We had a blast! Quiet, relaxing way to take some time off with the older kids. Next time will be our 3rd. Pack your lunch and drinks and remember to take your trash with you :)

As someone else mentioned....you get what you pay for! All South Tubing, I guess is now known as $10 River Tubing (since the Groupon and emails say All South). I tried to leave a review on their Facebook page, but interestingly enough, it's been taken down. Interesting how my negative review of $10 River Tubing is gone off their FB page. So I guess you guys need to make sure you put it on Yelp so it's permanent. Also interesting how they said they didn't take reservations (after sending me an email that said confirmed), but yet the instructions on groupon say Reservation needed. Glad I took a screen shot of that also. Poor, Poor, Poor customer service. There is no reason for a wait of almost 3 hours. 1 hour...maybe. But 3?? No Sir!!! All the money they take in, it's time for a computer system (laptop, Ipad, something) to help them with check-ins. Technology would make this so much easier. Even having a window for separate things: Reservations, Vouchers, Walk-In. Or at least a sign with directions. Put some ropes up so people aren't just standing in groups lost and confused. Consider actually doing reservations as you say are required and have the windows by first letter of last name. There is just an un-manned table with a bunch of papers on it. Obviously the people who have been there before know the drill...but you're forgetting about your first-time customers. I brought a group of 20. We had people asking us how long we've been waiting because it was their first time too. There were people who came after us who went before us--the reason I was told is because they didn't want to break up the group. Easiest solution is sometimes and apology, and not a bunch of excuses. And to lie to say the manager/supervisor "Jeff" was not available--yet the man with "Jeff" on his shirt (yes, took a picture of that too) is standing at the window letting the pour girl try to answer questions she couldn't answer. This is how you treat your Veterans?! This is just a poorly run business and needs some re-structuring. Parking is terrible. There is no direction once you get there. Everyone and everything is just a gaggle. Interesting how they said they don't take reservations, and that my email that said "Reservation Confirmed" was an oversight. Guess the printed copy wasn't good enough either, because after arriving at 2pm, we still had to wait in LINE for an hour...and then after the poor girl having to use a cell phone for each voucher, it was 52 minutes later. We waited so long, some of the guys had time to go to the store and back because each bus that took off was said that "yours is the next one". Really?! I lost half of my group because they got tired of waiting. And I don't blame them. As a first and last experience, I should've looked at the previous reviews...but was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and form my opinion. Oh well!! Guess I've learned my lesson. I will definitely not refer this to any other Meetup Group if you're looking for an outing for the group. Oh yeah....Found this on the instructions for their groupon:How to Use the Deal:1. Pull up Groupon with our mobile app (or print it out).2. Reservation required, call (678) 349-6880 and mention your Groupon.3. Visit gorivertubing.com/waiver… and complete waiver.4. Present signed waiver and Groupon upon arrival.5. Enjoy! Not a pleasant experience. Everything is an "upgrade fee". I spent more money on extras than on the actual tubing. Luckily, I was able to get those fees back. Now, I need to go through Groupon to get my refund. They don't answer phones. I had to go back because my license wasn't returned to me when we asked for refunds. Unfortunately, people had other plans on Saturday and could not continue to sit and wait. So, take the other people's advice and go elsewhere. I hate to see such a great idea go south. But this one takes the cake!

We decided to go as family and I was stranded as the water current was none. Make sure to rent a paddle. Without the paddle it is like the lazy river tubing and you won't move much.I enjoyed the Helen Tubing and this was a disappointment in comparison.

Normally you would go tubing when the temperature is above 85 so the cold water isn't a big deal. You want to get in to cool off. We went at 11am when the water temp was 55 and the ambient air temp was 77. Not as good an idea as we thought. We were tying to avoid the afternoon showers that were predicted. It was a bit chilly at first but turned out to be loads of fun with our family reunion. We had about 25 float down the lazy river. Next time we'll wait until later in the day for sure.

Not really, $10 because you also need to pay for the shuttle and any gear you want to rent, but definitely a fun time. Beware, the river is very cold. We did the I slated tube for which I am glad. Not sure, try the two hour trip. The group I went with is going back and doing the 4 hour trip next month! There are porta potties but no real bathrooms and no changing area. I recommend getting there early. They can store car keys.

My wife and I drove over a day early from MS to tube the Chattahoochee (I had a business meeting on Tuesday). It was beautiful and sunny out but when we arrived there was no one around and all the tubes seemed to packed up in buses. I checked the note on the door and it said nothing about being closed. I called the number available and it said they were open. We waited. I called again and requested that it put me through to the office. No one answered. We waited. Finally, we decided to drive up to Helen, GA. It made our day a lot longer but it was definitely worth the extra travel. While we had wanted to take our cooler with us and have a longer tube ride, the service of the tubing company in Helen combined with the nice dinner on the river following our trip was well worth it. I would not recommend this $10 River Tubing place to anyone based on reliability and poor communication skills. If you are driving from anywhere remotely far away I would suggest just going up to Helen.
