Gwinnett offers the best park system in the country. Wonderful facilities and friendly staff. Swim lessons, water aerobics, water Zumba, much more....

This place is so strick that kids can't even enjoy themselves...be themselves. Won't come back to this place. I dont see anyone laughing or having fun cause the kids are worried they will get in trouble.

its fine if you just a have a few kids that you want to entertain at at a water park. There are that many rides and there are too many people at one time for the size of the park

Visiting family in GA and decided to take all the kids ages 2, 5, & 8 to this water park....don't waste your time! Staff was rude to the children as well as adults! I count at least 3 incidents where my 2 year old niece was told to "Get Out" as my sister in law was already getting her out for life guard break. Another was the the same blonde male lifeguard who yelled at a 2 yr old told my sister in law to and quote "Move" ...guess he was just to good to just walk around. Nice to know you have such lazy lifeguards on staff hope you don't count on them to save your kids!! Not to mention the very rude stares....does this establishment even like children?? My advice is to pay the extra money and go to Lake Lanier Islands!!

I'm not sure what took a year to renovate, as this indoor aquatic center was greatly disappointing. Not only does the chlorine in the air literally burn your eyes (other guests commented the same), but the noise is deafening. There seems to be no ventilation for circulating air or lessening the noise. The actual play area is considerable smaller than other Gwinnett county water parks. There is only one structure for children under 5, and the "lifeguards" do not do a stellar job of monitoring the bigger kids opinion this area. A red headed teenage boy "working as a lifeguard" actually asked my paramedic husband NOT to catch our nearly 2 yr old son at the bottom of the slide because he might get kicked in the face and get hurt. Seriously?!?! So he would rather him go under and gulp water and choke than be caught? I was even told to keep going in the lazy river when I stopped with my son to catch my struggling 4 yr old daughter who was going under. What?!?! Clearly the employment pool is lacking and that combined with the disappointing facilities means we will not be back. I do have to admit that our kids had fun, but there are lots of other and better options for water parks in the area.
