A movie theatre has to be really bad to get less than a three. What do you expect it to be?...1) clean, 2) right temperature for the season, 3) good service at ticket counter and concessions, 4) popcorn has to be FRESH. So based on these criteria we gave it a 3.It's generally clean and we've not experienced any foul odor like other reviewers have mentioned and we've been going for over 5 years. The lines can be long, but we avoid long ticket lines by using the kiosk inside which is much quicker. concession line are usually long so we always get there a bit early. Customer service at ticket line and concessions is usually manned by teenagers so you should expect a certain level of customer service, lol. The popcorn should always be fantastic (fresh, warm, all kernels popped) and unfortunately it has been lacking. Let's be honest - nothing is worse at the movies than looking forward to a good bucket of popcorn and being disappointed by what you receive. This is pretty much all a theatre has to prepare and it seems simple, yet it's hit or miss.The decor is a bit dated, but nothing that would make me not want to see a movie there. Chairs are comfortable, spaced appropriately and have plenty of cup holding space. There are also a few video games, and a birthday room if you want to reserve it for a party. Regal Rewards program is a huge plus for us too because we are big movie buffs, so when we receive free tickets, popcorn or drinks we feel like we're getting a thank you for our patronage. it's a nice gesture on their part.Tuesdays are $6 movie day which is a great deal and they also offer children's films during the summer for a special rate.I don't have any reason to tell someone not to go to Regal, so go enjoy yourself.
