我知道这里应该是西班牙最美的地方,但我不同意这种说法。它位于市内,没有对城市内建立起来的庸俗的购物氛围有所缓解,毁了原本该有的特殊氛围。这里是典型的马约尔广场,价格过高的餐厅和商店。市内有比这个广场更好的地方。

广场让人印象深刻,很放松,可以喝口咖啡然后看看周围的人群。唯一的缺憾是中间有个书市,把整体感觉给破坏了。晚上10点以后看看广场上的灯光也不错。

这是一个很棒的典型的卡斯提尔风格的广场。广场上有很多的餐馆和咖啡厅。从广场离开的道路上满是各种店铺,一边是古老的集市。很值得去这里看看,在拱形游廊下闲逛一会。

I studied abroad in salamanca this past summer and my fondest memories take place in the plaza. Just sipping sangria watching fifa games was incredible. The most beautiful plaza in the world. Nothing compares. A tip: meet friends under the clock, just like the locals do.

Every evening is not when there is a national soccer match; it is an incredible place to spend an evening or even more than 1 evening. Have a beer, watch people go by, meet someone and see life the way we rarely see it in America - people enjoying being around other people.Dont buy too much; getting ripped off is easy.Watch out for pick pockets.Visit the university campus; old city is all around you.

Very large plaza. Always with many people. The center of Salamanca day and night. here you can find an information center about the city and go everywhere.

While we were there they had a concert in the square and it was great to watch the performers and all the locals having a ball.

This is th emost amazing Main Square in the world, besides the one in Brussels (Belgium). Do not miss it. It is certainly the most elegant one in Spain. Built in sandstone in 1729 by famous Churriguera architects and Andrés García de Quiñones, it is a lively place full of life. Nice shops, restaurants, bars make it even more attractive. Do spend an evening in the summer in one of the outdoor cafés and you can here the "TUNA" sing troubadour songs.

So big and beautiful! To take the most beautiful photos go at night and at sundays the place gets really familiar with a lot of kids running around, it is very nice!

Like Plaza Mayor in madrid, but in a better condition. And cleaner! A must see. Our hotel window overlooked the square.
