Went to horsey beach one evening with my partner. Is such a lovely beach in a nice quiet town. Couldn't believe how many seals there is!! Lovely evening walk

Took our 3 year old daughter to see the seals and although it was very windy we still had a good day here. I am sure the seals were even posing for pictures, lol. We got there nice and early, around 9.30am and i am glad we did as it was packed when we left at around 12pm and there were people queuing up to park! Make sure you take change for the car park which is £1 per hour

Visited here on a lovely sunny, but bitterly cold day.The 20-25 minute walk was worth it - seeing the colony of seals, quite unconcerned about the large numbers of visitors, was wonderful.Best to wear wellies or walking boots, as the path can be quite wet.

OMG saw on Facebook someone who had visited Horsey seals. We visited this weekend, and there was hundreds of seals lying on the beach. We parked at Horsey Gap car park which cost £1 per hour. Had a Bacon Baguette from the onsite catering van. We then had a beautiful walk on the beach, then came across hundreds of very large seals. This is a must go norfolk natural attraction.

Its an awesome sight to see all the seals with their young and so many of them, a 20 minute walk from the car park well worth going to see with a nice walk along the dunes.

I've been here today with my family. Parked in the national trust car park. It only cost £1 for up to 2 hours. Toilets available at the car park too which is useful. About a 15-20 minute walk which is the only downside as it's a very muddy route so got quite dirty but luckily all had wellies on. Well worth the walk to the beach where there was loads of lovely seals which you can get very close to. Lovely beach too. Dogs are also allowed if kept on a lead. Kids really enjoyed the visit

We parked at the Nelson Head pub (had drink aswell) and took the walk to the beach. The route is certainly achievable with a buggy, but bare in mind it's quite muddy in wet weather. When you get to the cut at the beach I'd certainly recommend 2 pairs of hands. We have to go backwards to go up and down the hill and across the beach. This trip was also with 2 energetic 5 year olds in tow.As for the seals, mid Feb, there were hundreds of them. Most babies have gone now but Definatly worth the day out. And most of all - it's FREE! Unless you park at the beach carpark and I believe it's a £1. Not sure how easy it is with a buggy this way though.Oh! And take a picnic!!

Bit chilly when we went. I am disabled so the walk to the seals was long and took a while, about a mile but I took it easy. Good path too. Bit hard up the sand but didn’t expect any different. Well worth it to see the seals.

Lovely place for a walk with the added bonus of seeing the seals! Carpark a resonable at £1 a hour it's 20 minutes walk from carpark and there were loads of seals! Also lots of humans some getting very close to the seals esp the younger ones to get photos. Seals are not bothered by all the people but when they get close they look on edge.

Lovely walk along the beach and got to see the seals. Plenty of parking (pay and display) and beach is very clean.

Quiet, unspoilt beach with the added bonus of seeing the seals. The way marked walk from the wind pump makes for a great day trip made perfect by a trip to the Nelson head for a delicious lunch.

Wonderful experience, getting closer to the seals and their pups than we thought possible. We have now applied to be Wardens.

Went to Horsey to see the seals. Went on the 28th of January which was a good time as there was still plenty of seals around, but not plenty of people!!

Watched the remaining 20 or so seals before they slipped back into the ocean. The seal police (!) are rather vigilant- so don't expect to be able to be on the sand with the seals. Bring binoculars!
