I visited with my daughter for her friends birthday party. The lady who greeted us when we first walked in was quite rude, my friends daughter went to quickly use the toilet while we waited in the queue and the lady shouted at her saying we hadn't signed in yet so she wasn't allowed in. She then commented that we were early for the party and we would have to sit to the side but the children weren't allowed to play on the frame yet (she did however let my friends daughter use the toilet!) the party time came and went and we still hadn't been shown to the party area or the kids allowed on the play frame as the previous party had overrun. Other than the rude lady on reception though the rest of the staff were good and I barely saw my daughter who loves the play frame! I have been here once before after seeing on Facebook they had a dressing up competition where the kids taking part would get a packet of sweets but on arrival, despite the staff being dressed up we were told they had changed the date for dressing up so the children weren't allowed any free sweets! A bit disappointing. Would probably visit again as the equipment is quite good but I hope next time the service has improved.

First time for me and my grandchildren yesturday. The venue is fantastic but the tables and floor area was dirty, it was very quiet due to the fact most children were at school so the staff did not have much to do so why not take this opportunity to clean the tables and sweep the surrounding floor area.

After paying well over the top for food, the bread buns were hard and stale and the salad on the burger was lettuce which was brown. Over not very impressed

Have visited this establishment several times now and have not been disappointed. The place is clean and tidy and well maintained. There is plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained for a couple of hours. We visited on a Saturday and as expected it was busy with birthday parties but it did not spoil our grand children's fun. The food is not too bad and is reasonably priced, the tables are cleared very quickly once you have finished your food as well. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, will visit again in the future. One small thing was this Saturday 17/01/2015 there were a couple of older teenagers running wick in the play area and knocking into younger kids causing one to fall and hurt herself, they were just stupid young men acting very childish and could easily have caused a young child a nasty injury.

A great priced play centre that keeps the kids entertained. No hidden or extra costs once inside which is great. We visit regularly.

My little boy has autism and doesn't bother most folk but when being harassed he lashes out! We got asked to leave as his melt down was quite bad with no help from staff. I won't be going back. I felt disgusted! I now take my child somewhere where is disability is excepted!

I enjoy visiting this soft play with my son. There is a play area for babies/toddlers and a larger play area for the over 3s. I like crazy corner because of the size, it's not huge so I can always see my son. It's clean and tidy and the food is really tasty. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable too.

Half term and expected nothing other than for it to be packed so only got the two hour play due to this, which is understandable. Especially with all the rain. First visit and was pleasantly surprised. Yes it was very noisy and some older kids were a bit wild at times however it was well supervised and the staff were friendly and attentive. Play areas appeared clean as were seating areas. Didn't try food but drinks were reasonably priced. And food coming out looked nice enough, cheesy wedges looked yummy. Children loved it and asked to go again. Entry price was also not bad. Will visit again.

Visit crazy corner regularly and my 3 kids love it. There are 3 separate areas one for babies, one for toddlers and one for over 3's. The place is the cleanest centre I've visited, staff are very friendly and the food is lush! They now do activities with the kids too, arts and crafts and music time :)

one of the better fun houses, has a few interactive things to do, and each session is 2 hours, rather than the usual 1 1/2 hour sessions, the kids that go there too are a bit more well behaved than in some we have been too. Good selection of kids and grown up's food available, only down side is drinks can be expensive, if you have a party they will provide large jugs of juice, but you can not buy these if you are just a customer, so often end up buying 2 drinks per child, when one jug would do as in other places.
