BLRKE
There are two paths here. Stay to the right and the path is flatfish ending up in a loop taking you back to the car park. If you want a harder walk or run, take the left path up the hill and around which is tough and steep, but worth it at the top.

We walk this most weekends every season of the year. Changes are spectacular. Bluebells in spring are sight worth going to see. Wild life can be spotted if you keep alert looking round.one point to mention seating would be a plus at the top and waste bins as you still get the litter bugs who won't take their rubbish away with them. The climb to the summit of Knockmanny is a little steep and not all that well sign posted. In spite of this, the walk through the forest and the views from the top are spectacular. Unfortunately the cairn itself is behind glass due to the current day graffiti but they is still something to wonder.
