This is a huge mall with nice restaurants, clothes stores, games and coffee shops. Here you can find the best cinema in town - IMAX - where you can watch 2D or 3D films. Very close to Politehnica metro station.

Wide variety to choose from. Great deals for every budget. We ate at the Steak House and the food was amazing. Easy to go to and from the centre by taxis.

AFI Palace Cotroceni is a huge place for shopping and entertainment. You can find there a lot of important shops where you can buy famous brands, there are nice restaurants and bars and you can also skate or watch a film. What I like about this place is that everything is modern and looks good, spelling quality. The terraces look good, the ice looks good, there is even a small artificial river going through inside. If you want to see a film, you can watch a 2D or 3D film and I've heard that the IMAX cinema that is in AFI Palace Cotroceni offers great quality - but I haven't been there.Auchan is there as well so you can do some normal shopping if you want. For parking, there is an underground parking too. I would recommend paying it a visit, but I would say to plan a little ahead what you're after. The place can become very busy and it is quite big so you'll get tired eventually. I would say to plan one thing at a time: either go to eat and shop or skate or watch a film but not everything at the same time as it can become tiring.

The first thing that striked me here was how wide the alleys are. Good shops and restaurants, good location comparing to Baneasa Shopping Center.

AFI is one of the biggest shopping malls in town. You have pretty much everything you need in terms off clothing, shoes and accessories. All in one location.Plus, the cinema and the ice skating area makes it a nice destination for having fun.

If you are looking for a place to shop everithing, this might be it. It can be easily reached, because is inside Bucharest.A mix of medium priced brands, fast-food restaurants, a couple of better restaurants (none are really good), cinemas (IMAX included), ice ring, kids area, big parking space.Very large. Very very noisy. Not stylish.

AFI Palace is first of all excellent if you want to go shopping, but also if you are looking for an entertaining afternoon or evening. During Christmas time the entire mall is decorated and you can see a huge christmas tree!A great way to watch movies is the VIP offer at Cinema-City. For a comparably (to Germany) low rates, you can get free food and drinks and watch the movie in more comfortable seats!

One of the biggest malls in Bucharest. You can shop, go to a movie or it something. However, the noise is quite high due to the ice-skating ring.

It is a big mall with an interesting architecture at the center. It has lots of attractions for kids. One of the best in town.On the other hand underground parking is not enough, very crowded in weekends and not spacious architecture.

just your ordinary mall. i like the fact that you have heated islands where you can sit and talk. you can buy clothes at ordinary prices.

This is my favorite mall because is rather close for my office. Is nice and clean, you can find a lot of shops, also a lot of bargains. There is a food plaza, with plenty of choices and also a great place for children, also an ice skating area. The prices are OK and there is a vast parking.

Sorry, this is just my opinion. I’ve been a few times and every and each time I felt like lost, like I’ll never find it’s end, getting tired to go and look for what I need. Is having too many corridors/”streets”.The only + is that central skating arena and the food corner, but this more or less available in most of the malls. Also, the parking access and way out I found it roughly difficult.I rather prefer Baneasa Shopping City, which is still big but on the level of common sense (plus that is better than the Wien Shopping City Sud, having outside and very easy to access IKEA and many other shopping attraction).

Besides shopping in all the major European shops(Zara, H&M, C&A..too many to name!)you can also go bowling, ice skating, go-carting, get your hair cut, there is even a smoking lounge! The cinemas have a VIP area where you can have sandwiches, sushi, pastries and desserts as well as all you can drink beer, wine, sodas and all the popcorn and nachos you can get in your belly. All for 60 lei, less than $20. Weekends are very crowded.

This is for sure one of my favorite malls because it looks luxurious and there are always nice people coming by. You can find some good restaurants and you can always get to skate on the ice even on Summer! It's close to Politehnica subway station so you can have easy access to it.
