In this particular church, one can listen to a wonderful religious choir. The church is also old, and beautifully painted both inside and outside. Nice place to go for the Sunday mass!

This is a very historic medieval church, close to the Iasi Palace, reachable from the center by a brief walk along Stefan cel Mare street. Worth seeing. (And close to the new shopping mall for those interested in shopping. :-) )

On July 8, 2007, my wife who had been studying in Thessaloniki Greece, and I, who went to Greece for independent research in 2003, were married in this "royal" Church of St. Nicholas (the princes of Moldavia where crowned in this church). The iconography was exquisite! and the choir who sang for our wedding was wonderful.

It is serene and beautifulArchitecture lovely, paintings lovely, atmosphere lovelyWhile sitting in the high backed dark wood ornate chairs, we listened to the chanting of the service. It provided a time for reverie and peacefulness. It is situated right opposite the Hotel Moldova and next to the Palas Mall - the largest Mall in Eastern Europe. Thus are real opposite of the plush and materialistic Palas. Though the Mall is very pleasant and has a cafe which serves delicious icecream.

The church is very beautiful both inside and outside, with a nice architecture. I recommend to go to the mass on Sunday morning, the choir is absolutely fantastic. Very inspiring.

Церковь Святого Николая «Домняска», наверное, самое старинного здание в Яссах... Она построена с 1 июня 1491 г. до 10 августа 1492 г. самим Штефаном чел Маре... Точнее - при его поддержке и покровительстве... Вряд ли он сам с мастерком стоял... Церковь великолепна не только как православный храм, но и как культурный и исторический памятник... Обязательно стоит посетить...

Cette petite église se situe entre la préfecture et le Palais de la culture. Elle remonte aux anciens rois moldaves. Gratuite et photographiable, elle contient des icônes et de grandes fresques dont vous aurez vite fait le tour. Une petite visite s'impose.

На площади недалеко от Дворца культуры находится церковь святого Николае Домнеска построена 1492 году! Церковь самое старое здание в городе рядом находится старинное каменное здание Дом Дософтея — это первая типография Румынии. Глава Православной церкви напечатал первые стихи на румынском языке в 17 веке. В церкве проводятся службы.

La struttura esterna, sembra un pizzo, l'interno e' il classico monastero con pitture ad olio, antiche, in parte e' in ristrutturazione ma merita la visita.

Molto particolare e ben tenuta. L'esterno in color mattone e' molto caratteristico; i giardini sono ben curati
