A thrilling and large place with its' combination of cathedral, peace center, conference venue and nice gardens overlooking the city of Verdun and surroundings.

Was directed to this exhibition from the (Closed for refurbishment) Verdun monument - Apparently part of their collection is now housed in this exhibition (Where?) - When we arrived the reception asked question in fast flowing French and seem to take no notice of our replies - We paid 22 Euros to enter and seemingly paid for all three exhibitions (2 adults and one child) - The first of which - about WW1 - was OK, the pictures fascinating but very overdone and lots of money spent, with little English translation and absolutely no context - not really worth visiting - whilst there, as we had paid, we went to the other two and frankly they are a waste of time and money - Modern art at its very worst and an exhibition about the falling of the Berlin wall - Which I felt was a little inappropriate in this geographic area and due to the nature of why the wall appeared in the first place! Total waste of time and money - Just don't bother - many more places locally that you can visit for free!!

We wanted to visit this on our trip to Verdun but unfortunately having walked around and found this, it was closed for lunch. This is something that I find immensely irritating about France. This is the height of the tourist season (end July) for us, and yet a major attraction is closed for lunch. You would have thought they could have found someone to cover. At the end of the day, this history needs to be shared by everyone, young and old, from all nationalities. Very disappointed. We didn't bother returning.

Pour un centre MONDIAL, je m'attendais franchement à mieux. Entrée très chère pour la superficie du lieu. Et si vous souhaitez faire l'expo ponctuelle, c'est une entrée en plus ! Ne vaut absolument pas le détour.

Un très beau bâtiment pour ce centre mondial de la paix. L'exposition y est très bien faite. À y faire un tour

tout apprendre tout redecouvrir ou découvrir, aprés ce que l'on a entendu à l"école la tout y est même les films en 3 d, c'est trés touchant

1 exposition d'affiches extraordinaires sur la maltraitance dans sa forme la plus objective.1 film sur la grande guerre, des images tournées à cette époque.Des explications claires et précises sur cette période de l'histoire

Très belle installation sur les conséquences de la guerre plus que sur la guerre elle-même.Facile à trouver, tout près de la cathédrale.

Het geheel maakt zo'n indruk op je. Groot en groots, stilzwijgend vragen om aandacht en respect, doordrongen van het besef van de offers die gebracht zijn en de prijs van de vrijheid. Echt: om stil van te worden.

une cour magnifique qui sert de parking. Un bâtiment au potentiel impressionnant mais qui semble sous utilisé... Expo moyenne, une vue intéressante cependant...

Franchement... Aucun intérêtExpositions qui sont un peu éloignées de l'histoire 14/18, l'aspect international est vraiment galvaudé, ca ne vaut ni le prix ni le détour
