First id like to say that Slovenia is the prettiest country ive had the blessing of stepping foot in. The mountains were amazing and no words can describe how amazing the water is. I went with a few other Americans paragliding which was an awesome experience! We had a perfect day for weather, and before you know it, you're being instructed to start running off the cliff, uh terrifying. This was the most adventurous thing ive tried and I loved it. Recommended.

With no experience rafting (though all sporty), we had a great time. Instructor was cool, comforting and made the overall experience just how you want it to be. We even got shots of homebrew Jager afterwards! Well worth out time - and our money. Joris (Amsterdam)

The crew at Xpoint was awesome and very accommodating. They made canyoning a great experience and made the overall experience well worth it. Dan, our guide, allowed us to go at our own pace and was a great time!! Highly highly recommend. Definitely going back!!

The best way to enjoy this beautiful river is just get right into it! We loved the kayak trip! The host and guide Damien planned out the best activity and route to suit our experience and physique, and joined us and showed us some good techniques and insights on the river. Just wonderful! Don't miss out on it when you're in Kobarid!

We hired canoes from X POint to paddle from Kobarid to Tolmin. I thoroughly recommend this company as I was impressed by their real concern to ensure that our five year old was properly equipped and protected from the elements. Once on the water the trip was brilliant even though the water level was very low and required a fair amount of pushing over some of the rapid sections. We found an excellent spot for lunch and to idle some time on the beach and in the water. Although we did not make it all the way to Tolmin as a family trip with five year old and a granny it was a good day out.

Four of us (2 adults and 2 teenage girls) went rafting with Damien our guide. Just about a perfect few hours. Not sure if it was chance but it was just us four and just the one raft - much more flexible than going with huge groups. Plenty of time to swim in the river and scare ourselves jumping from the rocks. Lying on my back drifting down the beautiful Soca river was the high point of my holiday.

We spent a week around the Soca Valley and while there 3 of our teenagers went paragliding. What a wonderful experience for them to remember. The staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. When we go back we will use Xpoint for more adventures.

I was lucky enough to spend 2 weeks in Kobarid this wummer and went both Canyonning and Canadian canoeing with X point and had a great time. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. They also spoke very good english, which is great as I don't speak any slovenian! Firstly, the canyonning was great. I was a little nervous when we set off as I didn't really know what to expect but our guide was so professional and friendly, sately was always the prime concern, and so he put us at ease immediately. Then we really started to have fun! After a morning spent jumping off waterfalls and sliding around the pools, you really have a sense of achievement and our guide filled us with such confidence we felt like we could do anything! 4 of us then went canadan canoeing, with 2 to each boat, which was just great fun! Again the guys at X point kitted us up and gave us a safety briefing (in english!) and then off we went! We spent a fab few hours racing each other along the Soca, negotiating the little rapids, occasionally running aground and laughing our socks off! It really was the most stunning way to view the Soca Valley, I have the most stunning photos (and a few funny ones of when I fell it too!) I would definitely recommend X point as a company who puts the safety of their guests as paramount, they speak almost fluent English, so everything is understood and they have an infectious sense of fun which is the icing on the cake! We'll be back!
