technical and crafts museum, kolovecska ceramics

Museum situated in small village Koloveč. This is located 15 km away from Domažlice and 20 km from Klatovy. At first you can see a short film presentation about the history of the Magic Mill /regrinding old women to young ladies/. It's very interesting for men in all ages. There is Koloveč pottery. The Volf's family manufacture started producing traditional pottery in 1785. These products you can buy here.Museum has more than 7.000 exhibits. There are almost 70 traditional handcrafts workshops, old trades and technical exhibitions which were performed by people in the country.
