对二战历史或者军事方面感兴趣的驴友一定要来这里看看。Resistance Museum展出的是二战的时候德军占领挪威，以及挪威人民的反抗斗争历史，诸如地下组织的通信手段、宣传工具等。博物馆不大，位于Akershus Fortress内。

For history buffs this is fascinating stuff, gives areal insight into life under German occupation and those who collaborated with the Germans and those who bravely fought against them some paying the ultimate price.As an Englishmen it was a great insight into our countries cooperation thought provoking and sad.This is a must to visit whilst at the fort.Not to much for youngsters here

We had never even thought about Norway's role in WW2. The museum is worth your time. Fascinating! We arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. We scrambled to see everything. I'd suggest allocating an hour. The information is truly fascinating.

We visited this on a cold wet morning and the weather fitted the mood of the museum which is very sober representation of what life under the occupation was like. Educational yet interesting.

This little gem is very informative. If you are a World War II junkie like I am, this is not too be missed. You always here about France, England, et al during World War II. However, very little is every talked about in regards to Norway. This museum gave valuable insight into the contributions Norway did during this war. Wonderfully done, with many real artifacts from the era.

I went to this museum in January 2015 and absolutely loved it. I have been to a lot of museums about WWII in both the US and Europe and this one taught me a lot. It had some interactive portions and everything was in English. The only thing I would have liked to see was what happened to Vidkun Quisling (Norway's version of Benedict Arnold). Very odd to leave out his fate but all in all an excellent museum for any who love WWII history!

This museum had so much more than would appear from the outside! Unfortunately for us only about 1/4 of the written signage was translated. Still incredibly interesting and moving looking at the memorabilia. We spent two hours but could have been there longer if it wasn't closing for the evening.

Several good well intact buildings. Easy access. interesting perspective. The history and information at this location is clear and reasonably understandable. Go there you will like the place. The guard still stands in place.

I was supposed to visit Akershus Fortress next door, but it was closed, so after walking through the snow covered grounds, I decided to visit the Resistance Museum. I am so glad that i did!It was extremely well laid out and far from being just another museum with artefacts (of which there are still many wonderful ones on display), it told the wonderful and I am sure to many, unknown story of the role Norway played in WWII. Having also recently visited the Shetland Islands, it was wonderful to see that the Shetland Bus is as special to Norwegians as is it to Shetlanders - and what an amazing story.Staff were extremely friendly, displays had both Norwegian and English descriptions. Free admission with the Olso Pass. Set yourself aside a couple of hours.

While we would have liked more information in English, we really enjoyed this museum and easily spent well over ninety minutes going through the Gallery

I nice information about the Norwegian resistance during the WW2 with artifacts and equipment. Also well suited for children.

Most suitable for adult travellers with an interest in history, mainly of World War II and popular resistance in occupied countries. The fortress Akershus festning close by is well worth a visit, too, and offers a Nice, partly seaside, view of the central part of the city, with ships, the Town Hall and the new city hotspots Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen. The latter is built on an artificial island, with canals and a sandy seach for sun and swim and an abundance of flaces to eat and relax.

An interesting hour or so needed to fully appreciate this museum. Was surprised, but pleased that Norway appreciated Britain in the war.
