I left my skis there for edge sharpening and it was good. However they did mess up the glide surface while doing it, I discovered the next day. Disgruntled I went back and complained. They understood and polished up the surface, over night, free of charge of course. Now I have the best glide ever, even without wax. Thanks guys!

I ordered my Rossignol skis in advance and I'm pleased to say, they were waiting with my name on them upon arrival. The skis were in great condition and performed well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Many in our ski club group rented from Nol Ski during our recent visit to Cervinia, and as far as I know, as trip leader, all were very pleased with the service and the quality of the equipment available. Prior to our arrival in Italyl, we had made on-line reservations and payment on the SkiSet.com website. When we arrived at the shop, our equipment was chosen, adjusted and ready for us in less than 10 minutes. Except for a slight issue with sticky wax on the first morning, the skis selected for each of us were perfect. Mine felt like extensions of my feet and worked well for me on the groomed as well as on the thickly falling powder we encountered on Wednesday of last week. Everyone in our changing group of 12-14 skiers was equally as pleased.English is spoken perfectly by all working the shop, and the location is slope side. That makes returning for adjustments or a swap of drop off at the end of the week incredibly easy.Thanks, Nol Ski, from the leader and members of South Jersey Ski Club.

We were directed to Nol ski by booking through Skiset. The equipment we got was not that new, and the edges on my skis although adequate didn't particularly like the very hard snow at the bottom of the resort, and didn't edge well. They were also the lightest pair of skis I have had in years, is that normal in the top rated skis hired?Service in the shop was fast and efficient, they gave us the skis and boots for my son quickly, checked his boots fitted properly and set the bindings on the right levels but relied on us knowing our body weight, no scales. Didn't really explore how good skiers we were but then the conditions this year were peculiar, very little powder, well worn pistes back to the resort.Return of the equipment was fast and efficient as well and returned the excess document taken on my credit card immediately

Decided to upgrade my ski boots after an excruciating first day. There was a mix of Italian and English staff who were all really friendly. The boss speaks impeccable English which makes a difference when you're making a big purchase like ski boots. He also really knows his stuff and tried to find a cheap solution by modifying my old boots before we discussed replacing them with new ones. In the end I opted for a new pair and I was given plenty of time expert advice on finding the right pair. The fitting service was great and the lovely assistant chatted away merrily and kept me company during the moulding process. My skiing improved dramatically the moment I hit the slopes not to mention the pain relief! Would highly recommend them for new gear or rentals.

Very friendly and helpful service. We changed boots and skis a couple of times with no problem. Everything was very fast and efficient. Very good understanding of English.

Nice staff in this shop who efficiently fulfilled our order placed via SkiSet. I ordered platinum skis and ended up with a pair of LaCroix which, although they looked a bit beat up, really felt and skied to my expectations which is a first for hiring in advance on-line. Good experience.

Compared to some of the other ski shops Nol ski's service is fast, efficient, courteous and friendly. We arrived en masse as a group and were sorted quickly with minimum hassle. Loved my skis so much I bought them - good price too. Didn't feel ripped off. No hassle changing skis mid week either. Would recommend and use again...

Excellent choice of skis and boots to fit all budgets and skill levels. I managed to break a ski on my 2nd day skiing which was replaced with no hassle and no cost! Will definitely return next year!

Centrally located in the village. Friendly staff. you have the option to pay and book online or go directly to the shop and ask for a 20% discount and pay upon collection or when returning the gear.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon after the standard early morning start in the UK - tired, hungry and a little impatient. The team in the hire centre were brilliant - and the equipment was first rate. Sharp edges, tight boots and all with a smile. Imagine my surprise at all this having previously skied mostly in France!The sales assistant in the upstairs sales section was very friendly and knowledgable and before we knew it, Tim was sporting a lovely new pair of goggles too - goes to show how far a little customer service goes. Well done guys.
