We were a party of four hiring equipment from basic to advanced. The very helpful and knowledgeable staff advised on skis to suit the recent heavy snowfall at Champoluc and assisted the beginner in our group to put on his boots.We were all extremely pleased with the recommendations and service given, we were even given assistance with contacting the Police after an unfortunate incident with our hire vehicle. Our boots and skis were out ready for us in the morning and taken from us and stored upon our return every day. To sum up, without doubt the best service we have ever received from any ski hire company.

Ruben (the owner) was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. One of our party had a bad fall and broke one of the bindings on a ski. He was very cool about it and fixed it immediately. He is from the village so can answer questions about snow conditions and the local area. His English has a delightful twang from him spending several years in Australia.The quality of his equipment is first rate, boots used for a max of 2 seasons. We stored our skis and boots at his shop each night (which is 10m from the bottom of the main gondola) and he had them ready for us each morning. We will definitely be hiring our skis from here next year!

All skiis hired were well maintained but was difficult sometimes to get the right ones due to limited stock.Staff were very helpful and happy to change skiis whenever needed but limited stock make choices limited.

I have never come across such friendly service at a ski hire place. We used them for storage and also hired a snowboard for half a day. They get your boots and skis out straightaway when you walk in, even helping you get your boots on. Nothing is too much trouble and it's a real family run place. They speak about 7 languages easily and remember your names. We will be back for sure.

No other words for Telemark than brilliant! This was the speediest friendliest ski hire encounter - an actual pleasure rather than the usual painful experience. We had three young kids in tow - first time skiing and they were treated amazingly, helped in every possible way by lovely staff. Location of shop also makes it no.1 choice.
