锡耶纳主教堂是欧洲为数不多的收费教堂。但是非常值得进去。非常华丽，同时教堂傍边的博物馆也很值得上去看看，因为可以看到小镇的全景。

教堂不错,精致.听说曾经的建筑计划超过梵蒂冈的圣彼得.6欧元的门票很值得,尤其是旁边的博物馆可以上到高处俯瞰小城 ,美极了!!

这个教堂中的镶嵌细工的地板很有名。我们去的时候是正好一年只开放一次的时间（一个月）之内，很幸运赶上了，除此之外，外面的雕塑、里面的装饰都非常精致，值得一看。

教堂和博物馆的通票10欧元非常划算，不但可以参观教堂和博物馆还可以爬上原来原教堂设计时的一段内墙，现在在外面得高地，从这里看锡耶纳城市的全景在美不过了，如果你是摄影爱好者千万不能错过这里，从这里能拍到完美的相片。

当时购买了Duomo及附近一些博物馆的套票虽然要花钱, 不过很值得!Duomo内一样有很壮观的壁画、雕像、彩绘玻璃最让人惊艳的是登顶的景色! 非常漂亮!!建议可以Duomo刚开就进去, 可避开人潮!

This is a marvelous structure built on a mountain of history. Every inch (or centimeter, here) is covered by art. I recommend investing in the audio guides inside if you don't have an art historian on hand.

I groaned when I saw how high up it was but made the effort and was richly rewarded. It was one of the days when the fabulous floors were to be seen. They are often covered for their protection. They are really stunning: far superior to anything similar in Firenze. There is no point in trying to describe them and even photographs would not do them justice. Just make sure you see this if you are in the area.There is also a small but beautiful library and an interesting history of the cathedral's patrons.

This cathedral is amazing. This staking church is Made out of blank and white marble. It is one of the most stunning in Italy and not to be missed. We were lucky to visit when the floor was uncovering to reveal huge scenes from the bible all made from inlaid marble. Apparently they are only uncovered once a year as normally protected. Don't miss this place!

The cathedral is very impressive, lavish is gold, marble and sculptures. Going on the 'behind the scenes' tour, in a small group, was well worth it. You got access to areas rarely seen plus could views were amazing - looking down into the nave or over the angels wings to the city. It was interesting to seeing the drawings, marble samples and walk in narrow passages.

Get a free ticket from the nearby ticket office (no entry without a ticket) to enter the Cathedral and enjoy some amazing works of art and beautiful design.
