This church was badly wrecked in WW2. It has taken some 50 years to bring it back to its former glory, the interior now a riot of colour and gold again. Well worth walking from the Stadtmitte to see it.

Stunning church beside a main road, not far from the Hauptbahnhof . Had not heard of it beforehand and found it a very pleasant stop off on the way down to the Rheine bridge area..In any smaller city it would be a main attraction . The organ has been fairly recently renovated and we thought the church offered a warm , welcoming feel. The church has a grand and yet visitor friendly atmosphere . Well worth a second visit or more.

Very interesting catholic church for a quick visit . It is historically important place in Mainz. For a tourist it is mainly a church with a very pretty interior - eye pleasing. It has a nice organ as well.

This church was rebuilt after the war. It uses the classic red sandstone of the area and has attractive twin spires. Unfortunately, there is nothing much to see inside, so if you are in the area, take a look, but don't expect much of interest except for the external façade.

Unbedingt zur Messer um 11:30 Uhr sonntags herkommen, wenn man gute Orgelmusik schätzt. Der Organist spielt spektakilär und gibt nach der Messer noch eine Kostprobe seines Könnens. Die Kirche lohnt sich aber ohne ohne Orgelmusik. Man lässt den Blick über üppige Barockverzierungen schweifen - ungeöhnlich ein Jesus aus Ebenholz am Kreuz - also pechschwarz!

Der Dom ist sehr schön, er lädt ein, zur Ruhe zu kommen. Wir haben natürlich auch Fürbittekerzen angezündet.

ここは大聖堂から少し離れるためか、観光客がほとんど来ません。実際にガイドブックにも載っていませんが、内部の装飾は素晴らしく、豪華の一言に尽きます。静かにゆっくりと見学できますよ。

Очень милая и одновременно солидная церковь со строгим и величественным внутренним убранством и приятной атмосферой.

.....muss man mögen. Aber wer ihn liebt, der findet hier einen Traum, der Wirklichkeit wird. Sehr schön sind auch die Gottesdienste in fremden Sprachen, dann ist die Kirche voll. Man sollte sich Zeit nehmen und ein kleines Fernglas...

Les églises ne manquent pas à Mayence, celle-ci est sans doute simple d'apparence mais l'intérieur recèle une architecture baroque et roccoco exceptionnelle.

tolle Verzierungen und Ausgestaltung des Innenraumes, wunderbare Gemälde und Altare, dazu eine neue Orgel, ideale Lage am Rande der Innenstadt, hervorragender Pfarrer

Está igreja é por fora parece uma mesquita com suas duas torres igual as das mesquitas e por dentro ela é cor de rosa e toda pintada no teto, eu achei linda. Tem também obras de arte com preto e dourado, um contraste de cores lindo de ser visto. E ao lado desta igreja está a praça da república que também vale a visita.

sehr schöne barocke Kirche , die mit den 2 Zwiebeltürmen schön ausgestattet und sehr hell neu renoviert. Unbedingt das Grab des Pfarrers Landvogt besuchen.
