It is located next to the monesterial ruins and the ruins of the old "Jagd schloss" (hunting castle) and located in a gorgeous setting. The church was built 1508-1516 as hospital chapel of the monastery. In 1892, the chapel was historicly converted, 1970 and 2008 renovated. Inscription in a stone of the Chapel: 27 June 1508. Late Gothic Chapel, built 1508-1516, by plans of Martin of Urach, at the location of an older building. The chapel is the only monastery building that survived the fire of 1692. 2 floors. On the 2nd floor is the former library of the monastery. 18th century Gothic vaults, renovated 1888-92. Enlargement of the West side: circle window and 2 spiral staircases dating from that time. Interior: ceiling frescoes, wooden pulpit and colourful stained glass Windows by Wolf-Dieter Kohler, 1970. Petite eglise en très bon etat dans l´enceinte du cloître. Elle vaut la visite mais ce qu´il est exeptionnel de visiter c´est la bibliotheque qu´elle renferme au dessus > renseignez vous sur les rares dates où la visite de la bibliotheque est possible.
