Trying to ski at least a week a year, and not having our own skis, we have naturally experienced a large numer of ski rental places in France, Italy and Austria. Most of them very competent, some not necessarily so. Element 3 in Kitzbuehel (where we have just spent a 5-day skiing holiday, our first visit there) was an entirely different affair. Recommended to us by the hotel, it exceeded our expectations in every respect, thanks largely to Paul and Thomas from the smaller shop near the cabin lift. Paul/Thomas, thank you guys! We shall be back next year!

We used the smaller shop close to the ski lift for our ski & boot hire…Thomas & Paul couldn't have been more helpful. Can't thank or recommend them enough. Heres to next year!

We rented skis from Element3 for half term so all shops were v busy but the guys at Element were superb....quick and painless experience all round. We stored our gear overnight in the smaller of the shops across road from main gondola lift...Tom runs the smaller shop and he really delivers a very high level customer experience. As soon as we walked in each morning he and Paul had our skis outside the shop and boots off the heaters immediately and reverse with our shoes at end of day.Tom is a mine of info about Kitzbuhel and sorted boarding lessons and gear for my daughter at short notice. Cannot speak highly enough of the guys...best ever in the Alps and recommend 100%.

my son given wrong fitting ski boots by as assistant obviously not trained properly. when we returned to get alternative size boot they no skis to match the boot.. had to take another boot set and skis which were not as good.

Staff bent over backwards to help. The quality of the skis and boots were first class. Storage was made available too

I had Dominic as my instructor for a couple of days and I went from complete beginner to feeling confortable with my parallel turns! Other people in my group were as happy with the group lessons and the other instructors seemed very professional and fun as well.I would definitely recommend the ski school. Not cheap, but worth every penny!

Always hire boots from here. Staff knowledgeable and good range.Have used their ski school for my daughter when she was younger - very professional

Just wanted to say thanks to Becky and the team at Element 3 for the work they put in with my 4,5&7yr old kids on their first ski trip. As the kids put it "best holiday ever when can we go skiing again". My wife was incredibly nervous leaving the kids particularly the 4yr old who can be fussy.....but they loved it all...having skied all over the world I was incredibly impressed at the organisation and attention that the school paid to the kids ensuring that they enjoyed their skiing...they were absolute beginners at the beginning of the week and the two eldest graduated to the gondola and big mountain by the end. I could not have asked for anything more than you helping show my children the fun confidence and freedom skiing gives. Thank you!

We stayed in Kitz a few weeks ago and headed off to Element 3 sport noichl to rent our skis and helmets. I wasn't looking forward to the job in hand, but the guys there (Tom and Paul) were friendly and welcoming, and made it a breeze: we were kitted out in no time, and they bailed me out of a small problem that I encountered too. We would happily go back there the next time that we're in Kitz. Cheers guys.

Eager to get back into skiing we'd booked private tuition with Element 3. Rob was our ski coach. Rob had all the enthusiasm & skills we needed to develop our skiing. Last year was good but this year was better. Robs patience & techniques allowed my husband & I to develop a lot more than we would have anticipated before we arrived.Happy to mull along, Rob had other ideas& pushed us as far as he thought was possible, even managing to take us down a Red Slope. A miracle but great fun after having been taught all this by Rob.Thanks again Rob, we had a great time

I had a blast! I came for 2 days to skii and had sam as my instructor. He was young, fun, and helped me improve my rusty skiing. Everyone was helpful with booking and i would def come back and ski with them!

Really attentive staff and keen prices. They took the time to find out about your skiing/snowboarding abilities in order to provide you with the most relevant equipment. Highly recommended.

Was with a mature group of mature experienced skiers who ski every year and would be very good intermediate skiers. I think about 10 of our group rented skies and some had boots from Element 3. We all pre booked on line and after initial paying problems sorted out by Teressa. This made the cost of the hiring very reasonable and competitive locally. We used the Gold and Platinum equipment and the general opinion was that it was of a Hight standard. I decided this year to hire boots which I later regretted but I have to commend the service, effort and most of all patience shown by the staff to try and sort my problem feet out. Special mention to Ferdinand for his efforts with the boots.Shop about 150 metres down the hill from the main gondola and you can leave boots skis there over night at no extra charge.If I return to Kitzbuhel I would use Element 3 again, good equipment, good service, good value.
