I really loved this place was here in the summer June 2014 and winter December 2013 I can say this place is just wooow. I can't speak much about swimming not a big fan of swimming but in the summer it was non stop party party party and great people all around.... It's really a lot of fun. In winter this place can get like empty and when I say empty it's like a ghost area but depending on the clubs and their plans you might find few wild parties between the 25th of Dec until 7th of Jan but honestly speaking the winter parties are amazing and fun with great offers and happy hours. Ammos and lush clubs are great

Winter is not a good option to go to the beach, but this one was nice and has really great restaurantes

Very nice, clean beach, no litter in sight. A nice, new pavement being built with clean toilets on the beach. Clean kiosks selling drinks and ice-creams at reasonable prices.

The sand is not white but the sea is clean and the coast is nice with sunbeds and beach bars down't there. Morning is the place for relaxation and do your sunbath and in the evening/night is the place to have the best parties u even dream about! Bars on the beach with load music and good DJ's, drinks and disco!

Excellent beach for watching the planes either landing or taking off from Larnaka airport, depending on the runway in use. Parking can be a bit of an issue but it's worth it. A few reasonable pubs along the beach too so chill, have a beer and watch the planes. Don't expect it to be another Heathrow though as its very seasonal and gaps can be long............long, long.

The beach is always very clean as it is washed by the tide everyday and there are sunbeds for use with most hotel at a small price per day

Not the greatest or cleanest beach as far as beaches go. And Larnaca does tend to be windy. But it is nice to watch the planes land and take off as the airport is righ next to it. Kids like it. There are lots of amenities around and a walk along Finikoudes promenade is always lovely in the evening after the beach. Makes for an all round nice day with the family.

Awsome beach for youngsters as your will fine 90% youngsters on this beach. Water is bit cool but able to take bath. Sub bed is available for 2 euros which is affordable. Many good cafes are available on the beach

Nothing to dislike about this beach swam there everyday met loads of friendly people loved the bars and music and the sea is so flat and calm early in the morning

Lots to do at Mackenzie Beach !! Bit more pricey that in Larnaca but you the Beach and Great Views of the Bay and of the Planes Landing if you at the Airport end it feels like you can Touch them !! We like Ammos Great Food and Service as they say You Get What You Pay For !!!!!

If you have car, try and find a quieter if you want peace and quiet. Public toilets that avoid!, nice location, can be a problem to park, most of the eating places, just serve every one as tourist, I have experienced a half good meal from any of the eating places, and i live in Larnaca! In the winter mosts owners have made there money, simply just shut up till the following year. At night times certain clubs open up, so if you have family best to walk along the main sea front not here!, can be very off putting at times.

If you can get out in a boat by the beach, do it as the sunsets are beyond amazing.Also just off a flight path so lots of planes flying in can make great photos!

I missed out on the full summer impact of this location, but the amount of bars, clubs and restaurants on this strips is amazing. All I can say is this is a must for any your adult if they are in the peak summer months.
