主教堂很漂亮,让我想起了伊斯坦布尔更小,更加别致的圣•索菲娅教堂。一定要去二层参观一下,看看那里的肖像图。

圣•索菲娅教堂是基辅少有的几个需要付费进入参观的教堂之一,不过你会发现,这钱花得还是很值得。这里的票是分区出售的,你需要确定你要参观的区域是哪些,然后根据你想要参观的区域购票,不过对我们这些初来乍到,连哪栋建筑是干什么的都不知道的游客来说,可是有些困难,着实让我们有些困扰!我们选择的是最便宜的票,不包括参观钟楼,事后想来我们应该去钟楼的。不过我们在金门上也看到了些不错的景色,而且便宜很多!在主教堂外的长椅上我们着实逗留了好一阵,我们就只是看着主教堂,感觉它的漂亮。真的是非常壮观。无论是颜色,轮廓还是大小都那么合宜。接着,我们又在教堂里花了好长时间,寻找每一个小侧房所在,探索这个建筑,哦,别忘了还有楼上。有一些人绕过了楼上,只在楼下逛了逛,我觉得他们真是暴殄天物了!教堂里有很多可供参观的房间,他们每一个都让人印象深刻。从主教堂出来之后,我们只又去了一个建筑。就在主教堂后面,但我不晓得这个建筑是用来做什么的。我想我唯一错过的只是没怎么注意这些建筑物的历史以及它们的用处。这里真的很不错,我推荐大家来,不过我也建议大家在来这里之前先对这个景点做些了解。

为了追随别人的脚步才去的索菲娅教堂，因为离得太远一直都认为只是一个梦，没想到有幸还是到了那里，只是没有想像中的神圣，但里面的各种内容却成为哈尔滨历史的一个见证。

基普有很多景点都很漂亮,我很难说最喜欢那个。不过圣?索菲娅教堂的神圣的确让我感动得差点流下泪来。虽然进大门要买一次票,进教堂里面还要买一次票,而且走进钟楼的时候还必须要经过两家商店。他们把一些装饰品取下来细心的保存,把另外一部分留在原处让大家参观,这种做法我很欣赏。虽然看到的东西不完整,但是怎么说也是保留在原处几个世纪了的东西。我在这里唯一遇到的麻烦是,教堂里面的标志没有翻译成英文。我只能按照《孤星》上的介绍来参观,也不知道当时有没有把书上的介绍我眼前的雕塑对号入座。教堂那里没有会说英文的导游,不过应该可以提前在其他地方请一个。我是11月中去的,当时那里下雨又下雪的。所以我不知道如果天气好的话,那里会不会很挤。如果你只能在基辅选一个宗教景点参观的话,那就选这个吧。

Kiev has many beautiful attractions and this is just one of them. The highlight for me was the bell tower affording some nice views over the city and the cathedral.

Since most of the countries like to show of their power or wealth or even exaggrated of power its a nice place to visit.. İn summer you can find some nice ice cream around as well.. Pretty fancy looking structures..

A must do in Kiev. The Saint Sophia Cathedral has been restored and maintained fantastically, its a great way to see 11th century architecture and the developments of architecture and design through the ages. The fresco's and mosaics that have been uncovered are remarkable as is the restoration work on everything. Remember to look up. It's worth paying the extra 10UAH to look at the other buildings in the grounds which are also spectacular. Most signs inside the Cathedral that are in English which adds to the experience.To get the most out of this experience remember to climb up to the second floor in the Cathedral. There are stairs.

Once you come here - forget about megapolis everydays life. Here it is calm and quiet.You will feel history itself here. Just leave all your thoughts behind the doors, and spend there time in no hurry. Tower is worth climbing on it. Excursion will be of a great use

my sister and I went to kyiv may 2014, while the cathedral was under restoration. We were still able to walk in- very beautiful-very old- The staff were very polite, they talked to us about how we're enjoying Ukraine, etc... It's in a great central location, we walked (hostel was in podil). You have to pay to enter each different building/display. Some are worth it, some not-either way its cheap. There are lots of painters sitting around painting too which is nice. no funny business walking around, don't make eye contact with anyone dressed in a costume, or they'll make you dance with them. Overall beautiful place to visit- Learned so much about the history in school, it was unreal to see it with my own eyes :) nice job yaroslav

Love the modern art exhibit of Mary on the top floor made with faberge eggs. Lots of other art which we found enjoyable along with active excavations

Beautiful exterior and stunning interior. Bell tower not open to public at this time of year but in good weather the view is more than worth the climb. Also pleasant to sit in the grounds.

We found our way to St Sophia's to see the cathedral as well as the Christmas tree in the square out front. A wonderful experience for friends and family.
