The church is located in Trinity Square just near the entrance to the old town. The original church dates back to around the 16c and it was also converted to a mosque when the area was occupied by the Ottoman Turks but later the area was reoccupied by the Polish forces. The church was blown up by the soviets but it was rebuilt and consecrated in 2010. It design is very similar to the other noted church here, Sts. Peter and Paul. It was closed by the time we arrived there but from the outside it is an impressive building.
