Love walking from the beach to the cathedral and once there sitting on the steps and enjoying the majesty of such an important landmark. the plaza in front of the cathedral is also not to be missed.

Extremely beautiful Cathedral, so very ornate without being garish. Really worth a visit. Also houses the tomb of General Jose de San Martin who was the prime leader in Argentina’s successful struggle for independence from Spain in the 19th Century.

One of the most typical and beautiful historic places of the great city of Mar del Plata. Its vitreau and gorgeous arquitecture style made this one of the most important Cathedrals in the country.

Mar del Plata's cathedral may not be the best by international standards but it is worth visiting. Much bigger than the typical town church, in a gothic style.

Lovely Gothic style cathedral with wonderful stained glass. Unlike Italian churches the art is rather limited but overall it is beautiful.

A typical hometown cathedral, provintial, but sympathetic. Pay attention to the flower callendar in front of this monument. Never have seen such one.

Es muy linda, suele tener muchas visitas de turistas, esta ubicada en la calle peatonal del centro. En la puerta venden artesanias.

De paseo con mi familia por Mar del Plata y caminando por la Peatonal San Martín llegamos a esta hermosa Iglesia de estilo Neo- gótico casi de casualidad y la verdad ingresar en la misma fue una experiencia maravilla.Si bien todavía está siendo remodelada en su interior (en sus techos), es impresionante ver sus vitreaux, sus pisos y el altar mayor.No tuve la oportunidad de ir a misa, pero sí escuchar su órgano, lo cual contribuyó para hacer de nuestra visita a la catedral una experiencia única e irrepetible.

Hermosa Iglesia! No se la pierdan, está en pleno centro de la ciudad. Tiene el Santísimo Sacramento en adoración permanente. También hay una muy linda santería.

Está preciosa, faltan algunos detalles de los arreglos que le están haciendo. Lo bueno que hay misas a toda hora lo que favorece a los visitantes que quieran asistir a los oficios religiosos.

Pasamos justo estaba la misa nosotros no nos quedamos pero esa es inevitable es preciosa frente a la plaza seguro que si vas ala feria artesanal porque no entrar es muy linda cuando llegue estaba repleta me gusto mucho por dentro su estructura.
