After the salt flats the previous day this was a pleasant surprise. The rich waters of the lagoon attract numerous flamingos and gulls and you are able to get quite close to them along the shoreline.

This is one of a group of four lagoons in the Bolivian highlands, visited by most multi-day tours out of Uyuni, and nearest the famous salar. These roads are very rough and the stop at this lagoon is welcome. This is a very pretty lake with lovely colours all around. The area is reasonably sheltered from the high-altitude cold winds.

Situated in the Avaroa National Park, this attraction was part of a four day Jeep tour from Tupiza to Uyuni. It is part of a group of lakes. Although this one is not so heavily promoted it is among the most beautiful, with colored grasses growing along the shore line. In all my travels I think this area is one of the most spectacular I have seen. If you want to experience this place you will have to do a Jeep tour, wither from Uyuni or from Tupiza, as you could easily get lost on your own. Sometimes the road dissappears and you will find yourself driving along a river bed. Luckily at around BOB 800 these tours are inexpensive.

Si bien el tour incluye muuuuuuuuuuuchos paisajes increibles, debo ser honesta que si haces el tour desde San Pedro de Atacama... Laguna canapa es la ultima que recorreras por lo tanto estaras un poco cansado/a de tantas lagunas. A diferencia de los que si inician desde Uyuni, en la otra direccion, pueden verla como uno de las primeras y con mejor iluminacion del sol por lo que la veran con mas motivacion y mejores colores.... en mi opinion

Les couleurs se mélangent sur cette lagune magnifique, les flamants roses, les montagnes ocres recouvertes de neige blanche en leur sommet, l'eau turquoise, le sable noir, les plantes vertes... A voir absolument !

Muy parecida a todas las lagunas del tour al salar de Uyuni. Lo más especial de estas lagunas es que todas tienen flamencos, lo que las hace muy lindas y llamativas.

Esta fue la primera laguna que vimos en el tour lo que mas me sorprendio fue ver la cantidad de flamencos! No sabia que llegaban flamencos a esta zona de Sudamerica. Nos toco un dia despejado y llegamos justo antes de que alcanzara la tormenta. Salen lindas fotos de este sitio!

ラグナベルデの隣にある湖です。ラグナベルデのような際立った特徴がないためにそれほど有名ではありませんが、チリ側からボリビア側に入った場合に最初に目にする湖がこれなので、思い入れの強い風景になるかもしれません。湖畔にはフラミンゴが飛来しており荒涼とした無色の世界にピンク色が映えます。

Quando vamos para sul vindos de Uyuni e após dormirmos em Chuvico é a 1ª lagoa que encontramos e pela placidez do local e pelos inúmeros flamingos ficamos desde logo encantados.

Localizada no Parque Nacional de Fauna Andina Eduardo Avaroa, outra lagoa belíssima e povoada de flamingos.

Lo mas hermoso de esta laguna son los Flamencos que se pueden divisar a simple vista y muy cerca de uno....simplemente imperdible

Es un muy buen sitio para observar flamencos y pájaros, la laguna sorprende luego de tantos kilómetros de desierto. Un paisaje sumamente árido, pero bello.

На озере Canapa ходят фламинго, которых я раньше никогда не видел. Поэтому быстро беру фототехнику и тороплюсь запечатлеть удивительных птиц, не смотря на то, что солнце стоит почти в зените, и теней почти нет. И по всем правилам фотоискусства при таком освещении лучше не фотографировать, а ждать вечерних теней. Но мы русские люди, и знаем, что лучше синица в руках, чем фламинго в небе…Фламинго стоят почти рядом. Я в угаре бегаю по берегу, не обращая внимание на то, что обут в сандали. А берег, надо заметить, заболочен. Причем, не просто заболочен, а покрыт какой-то черной, жидкой грязью. Но я не заморачиваюсь. Продолжаю бегать в мокрых шлепках и фотографировать изящных птиц. а озером Canapa возвышается одноименный вулкан.Естественно, что на озере живет какое-то количество чаек.Сфотографировал белолобого земляного тиранчика (Muscisaxicola albifronts). По-английски эта птица именуется White-fronted ground Tyrant.В период гнездования птицы, принадлежащие к семейству Тиранновые, нападают на каждую приближающуюся к их гнезду птицу, не исключая и крупных хищников. За преследование других птиц тиранны и получили своё название. Да, забыл сказать, что Тиранновые живут исключительно в Америке. Кого-то мне эти тиранны напоминают...С удовольствием пообедали с видом на озеро! Обед был вкусным и оставил отличные впечатления!
