My favorite beach in Arraial do Cabo. I recommend going by boat but you can also hike a small mountain to get there, which you'll have an amazing view. Great beach for snorkeling, underwater pictures and you also can have a special lunch at the local restaurant, reached by boat.

This is a beach in arraial do cabo, there is a walk up and down a hill to get there, it might be tiring, but it is totally worth it. It has less wind than the beach next to it since it is protected by mountains.Beautiful snorkel spot too, clear water, you can see your feet even if you are in the sea all the way up to your neck :)

This was just like the beach in my dreams. Beautiful setting in a secluded bay with a gently sloping sandy beach into the sea. There is also a perfect little beach bar serving delicious snacks (pastel de camarones - amazing) and meals - fresh fish delicious. The bar also provides tables and chairs on the beach. There were only a few people on the beach during the two weeks we were there. Very relaxing and well worth finding.

one can snorkel and swim in Forno beach. Forno beach is 600m from the pier of Canto beach or Santos Dumont square or Buzios Internacional Apart hotel or Usina lagoon.

This one is got the its name due to the sand, as it absorbs a lot of the heat. Small and quiet , this one could be called in english , the "oven" beach

Forno Beach runs along the water behind Rua de Pedras and is where the fisherman gut their catch and fish, so the beach itself is pretty much center to a zillion birds all fighting for fish guts (completely entertaining; we got some great vulture and gull photos). However, if you are facing the long dock on Forno Beach and look to your left, you'll see a small beach bar out on the sand with some red tables and some fisherman drinking beers inside. GO THERE! The owner is a lovely gentleman who will set you up with a cold beer in a chiller to share and will give you a menu. If you give this "rough around the edges" little spot a chance, you will be in for the best camarones (shrimps) in olive oil and garlic and fried sardines of your life, eaten with your fingers with your cold beer under the shade of an umbrella, a fraction of the cost of the swanky Buzios restaurants and absolutely a treat! The bathroom is spotless and it's clear the owner takes pride in his little spot. We are so glad we found it. Incidentally, that evening we dined at Casa Branca, one of the highest end restaurants in Buzios, and I frankly couldn't tell you which pleased me more, eating prawns with my fingers and sighing at every bite at the little beach spot, or eating tuna tartar overlooking the sunset of Buzios. That's how lovely this little place was!

Not the easiest to get to, but well worth it! My husband and I loved that we were one of 12 people on this beach. We had space to spread out and play. The water was amazing - it is a bit cold, but we really like that - and so do the seals that came to visit us while we were in that cove! The beach itself is pink sand and quite amazing. It just feels so private and secluded. We went all the days we were in Buzios!

That´s the truth. This the real most beach in Buzios. All that paradise photos you see about Buzios are from here. Unfortunatelly you won´t find a good place to eat here. Then spend your morning and go eat in downtown. But the Beach is unforgetable.

After a short 10 min trek from habour of Arraial do Cabo, you arrive at a protected "swimming pool like" emerald beach. Be aware that fish, french fries etc are costly...

I stayed a whole morning in Forno beach. Its waters are very pleasant and clear. One must take care with some black shells that pinches.

This is my favorite beach, but do not eat at the “rustic” only EATING PLACE, they just try to cheat you!We wanted to eat a fried fish, ANCHOVA, and they wanted to charge R$ 100 for it, for ONE fish for two eater! Instead of that we then ordered peaces of fried fish,.. because we were hungry and there was no other possibility to eat nearby. This very simple meal was charged with R$ 50 for the 2 of us.In the expensive city itself, in a real restaurant you pay maybe the half of it, and don´t have to deal with a dirty waiter and kitchen, with broken chairs and nothing really pleasant, except the wonderfullview to this special beach!
