If not for my local friend I wouldn't even know that this place exists. It is a 15-20 min drive up the hill.Before you can enter the park you need to ring the intercom by the main gate. They ask for your registration number plate. The temple is closed between some hours but I can't remember so check before going. Beautiful view from the top and temple itself is quite impressive.

Well, I spent 15 days there for a nudist cerimony, not being introduced to buddhism.they did a beautiful job there, constructions are very loyal to buddhist eastern temples.The place is high, you can watch the valley below very far to neighbours cities.On weekends it becomes a tourist attraction, so if your aim is some peace, avoid these daysYou can plan some courses there, check online.But you can also just go there by yourself and get your own moments of peace, even not introduced to the religion>

Wonderful place to spend the day. All clean, wonderful landscape, peaceful. The buildings are amazing. The only problem are the people, the visitors, who insist and keep talking instead of getting touched by the mantras that are trying to calm our mind activities. Best spot in the region!

A Buddhist temple is always a place for peace, introspection and reflection. It seems that you are out of this world. Tres Coroas is a fortune city for this havenly place.

This Temple is located in "Tres Coroas" municipality (one hour by car/bus from Gramado) on top of the highest mountain in the area. The access is a 7km gravel narrow road but when you get there you will see that it's worth it.I recommend to watch the 8 minutes video before you start your visit. So you will learn why and how this place was built and learn a litthe about Budism.Above all, you will find a great sense of peace while visiting this extraordinary place.

Well worth the journey. Fascinating and breathtakingly beautiful place and setting. The only Tibetan Buddhist centre in Latin America and a haven of calm and tranquility.

A great tour for the eyes and the spirit. 35 km from Gramado, and in a charming valley, you find a good opportunity to get in touch with Buddhist philosophy and enjoy the architectural beauty of the Temple and other buildings of the Buddhist Centre. Worth a visit!

The views from the place are already spetacular but the temple buildings are the big thing. Wonderful.Be aware it's not open for visits on mondays and tuesdays -- check the schedule in their webpage. The visit is entirely free. Check the brief video at the beggining of the visit, it will make you understand it better.To get there pay attention to signs whenever you get clos to Tres Coroas city -- but to not go to downtown, the Temple is on the other side of the road. Look for the Águas Brancas neighbourhood.

I went to visit the buddhist temple without knowing that they were having a retreat on that week, so the temple itself was closed for visits. But we could still walk around, take pictures and see the other buildings. I was told that I should go back and see the inside of the temple, maybe I will some day.

O templo fica a cerca de 6km da cidade no alto de um serra. Templo bonito com varias representacoes arquitetonicas. Vale a pena assistir o video de 8 minutos que passam para o visitante. 1 hora e pouco é suficiente para a visita.
