Do not waste your time at this place - My partner and I entered to ask a few questions of the lady behind the counter that was on her mobile talking to a collegue. Had to listed to the whole dreadful chat about her wages being stuffed up and then when she was finally finished - when asked where we could go fishing she had no idea !>!>

Lovely little stop and the way to other things. The vintage mac truck is great as is the masonry exhibition. I couldn't ask for more from a small town information centre. The service was good.

We recently stayed at Dwellingup caravan Park and chalets. We camped out and it is a lovely spot for it. There are plenty of mountain bike trails in the area and the visitors center has some great free maps of the tracks for bikes,4WD's etc. Well worth a visit to sort out your activities in the area.Very helpful staff.

It was interesting and sad to see what damage the fire caused back in the 60's, just having a browse had some interesting tings to look at

A relaxing look at the history of Dwellingup and the immediate area. Well worth a visit. See life as it was years ago before the great fire that devastated the town.

Information was very informative. good display of goods and old truck. I'm not sure if you can book the Dinning Train here or not, but if you can it's worth while.

We dropped in to pick up a few trail maps but wish we had more time. We will definitely go back and look more closely at their little museum and memorabilia from the bush fires that swept through the area. Very interesting

The town of Dwellingup was a charming place. A friend from WA took me there. She did "survival courses" and "bush walking courses" there, mostly for school kids. The surrounds are beautiful. Most people visiting WA don't go south of Perth. It's worth the drive.

I know it is manned by volunteers but couldn't something in Dwellingup be open on those days. The Timber Heritage and the Arts and Crafts were all closed.

Taking a trip down south !!! Don't forget to drop in here if you are in the area. Was a while ago that we went but were very impressed with the format and execution of the information. We loved it.
