the black hill hotel

This is the second time I have eaten at the Black Hill Hotel , and the Food has definitely lived up to my previous expectations.On their menu they boast having Ballarats best Chicken Parma and I would have to say , this is a perfect example of a great Parma , accompanied by fresh hot chips and a Greek Salad with Balsamic dressing. YUMGreat little hideaway up in North Ballarat , Great food , recommended!
