Small winery on the edge of Rutherglen, that specialises in sparkling wines. Lovely wines, bought sparkling & still white. It was not a fancy tasting area but they had good product & staff was great.

A great winery. Not fancy but some great wines at very reasonable prices. Fantastic, friendly service. Well worth the visit!!

Visiting Andersons felt like we were discovering a secret! It was our first afternoon in Rutherglen and when we entered the unpretentious cellar door, what hit my eye were the rows and rows and rows of awards. Well after a really enjoyable wine tasting, this was the place that we chose to take back gifts of wonderful sparkling shiraz for those back home.

Australia's greatest contribution to the world of wine? Yep! Anderson's is a cracker - I defy anyone to taste it and not leave without a bottle or two!!

One of the last vineyards visited, walking into the wine tasting area was not the normal welcoming atmosphere we had been privilege during our visit.Greeted by Howard & Christobelle, we were totally captivated by Christobelle’s amazing knowledge and desire to pass that knowledge to us too.Even more amazing was all wine bottles were capped with a Nitrous Oxide wine dispensers ensuring every taste was the first.Apart for all the awards Andersons have gained throughout the years, their wine too displays the qualities of reds that ensure you’ll take some with you and return for more, unless you order for home delivery.Thank you to you both for ensuring our experience was so memorable. Lovely experience

We love Andersons! Their wines are spectacular & so reasonably priced. A standout is their sparkling wines in particular the reds! Well worth a trip. Lovely family who run the business top off the experience.

Nice winery and the owners daughter was very knowledgeable regarding the wine. Happy for us to taste the wines we wanted and we walked away happy and with a bottle of wine

If your into bubbles Andersons is the wivery/cellar door for you. Made in the french Champange method and hand turned each day simply a stunning range of bubbles, reds and fortifieds. If you like a fortified after your meal make sure you sample the "Melanie" which just exudes chocolate flavours.

Good old fashioned winery, where the owner is behind the bar and has many years of experience in the wine Industry.

Howard Anderson, together wuth daughter Christobelle, make superb full bodied red wines, some brilliant whites, and luscious sparkling wines. Sparkling wines are a speciality and it is quite possible to purchase some aged sparkling red and white wines, anything up to 10 - 12 years old.Old fashioned winery environment. Well, if it is good wine you want, who really cares about the winery. This is my absolutely favourite winery in the country, and just love their wines. And when you go along, ask them about the wine club. This is well worth while.

Basically a big shed with no garden but wines very good and wonderfully explained by the winemakers who made them. Worth a visit.

Howard is not interested in making lovely buildings, but is interested in making good quality wines.... straight to the point... good wines, good service...
