Just what the mountain has been calling out for. Often pop in when I am on the mountain with my wife.We will grab a beer tasting pack and grab a cheese tasting platter all for around $30 Sit back in a sunniest spot and hope they have some live music to kick back to.Let the stress of the busy week slip away.

Went to the microbrewery in conjunction with the Witches Chase Cheesery during January 2015. Our group chose to sample the $15 paddle which can with 5 samples. It was hard to choose a favourite but the 2.8% IPA and the Stout were amazing. The American IPA was also an excellent beverage. The only disappointing part of our visit was that we could not purchase a flagon to take back and drink with our cheese at our hotel. FYI - we were told no beer is available for take away sale for the next few months...sad.

After a few short hikes we stopped in to have a beer here. I was very impressed with their selection, given that I am a beer enthusiast. The F-100 was my favourite the the sampled beers. The staff were very friendly and were quick to the pour our beers and asked about our day and seemed helpful. Very impressive.

Decided to head up to Mt Tamborine for a Saturday arvo session. Live music, great handcrafted boutique beer and a fantastic open air style pub. Beer menu is brilliant and the food from the restaurant is first class. Live music just topped it off. Make a weekend of it and stay up the mountain. Only complaint would be that they close too early for a pub..can't wait to head back.

We went on a Monday afternoon so it was pretty relaxed. Staff were friendly and their pizzas were so delicious. The beers that we tried were also pretty good and tasting paddled are available.

Dear FelfyThank you for your post. Please be aware that Fortitude Brewing Company does not own, operate or manage the bistro within these premises. We operate the brewery and beer garden. I can't quite tell from your review whether you came to the brewery or the bistro? In our beer garden, we only serve Italian style gourmet pizza (no other meals) if that helps you clarify where you ate.RegardsGed

visited Fortitude Brewery, great place to lunch it also makes cheese, we had a relaxing lunch of pizza and a tasting paddle of some of the beers they produce, excellent value, we discovered after we could have bought a tasting plate of cheeses they produced which would have been great with the beer, the staff were friendly and very helpful explaining the different beers and cheeses, a must visit place, would certainly revisit when back in Queensland
