Thank goodness I had a 4yr old grandson or I wouldn't have found this charming little bit of railway heaven. We all enjoyed our ride and the volunteers running the place obviously do too. Such a happy bunch.

Enjoyable little narrow gauge train ride in the fresh air run on the first and third Sundays of the month. At the end of the journey take the time to stop off at the Storeybrook cottage B&B café and gardens then catch the next train back. Great bunch of volunteers run this railway. Looking forward to the return of the steam engine!

The railway is open on 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. Signs are on the D'Aguilar Highway to guide you or call into the Information Centre for friendly help. The railway staff provide an experience of the old ways. You are issued with a ticket and the conductor will clip it.The journey is about 1klm and travels through bushland to Storey Brook cottage were you can disembark for a snack and return on later trip.I've taken adults and kids, all have expressed their pleasure with the experience.
