Went to the aquarium on a family holiday, kids absolutely loved it. Must go mon, wed or Friday a bit before 11am so you can have a look around before the fish feeding, then at 1130 you get a guided tour while they feed. Staff were lovely and happy to answer any questions about the fish. Definitely will go again.

I have had both wonderful and terrible meals here.... it can be a bit of a lucky dip. I guess it depends on what chef, (or cook) is on at the time. My last meal there was awful, meat was floating in oil, and veges, particularly carrots, were obviously out of the freezer, where, judging by the whitish, dry edges, had previously been thawed and then refrozen. I could not finish this meal and because of this, haven't returned since. In saying that, I would like to give it another try some day because I have, prior to this bad experience, had some really lovely meals there and the view is absolutely breathtaking. I should also add that the service is really quite good. I just can't help but wonder if the owners rely a bit too heavily on people returning for the magnificent bay/beach/mountain views to maintain repeat business. Also, if you're going there for cake and coffee, the cake is not always fresh in appearance and there never appears to be any healthier, low sugar, GF options, not when I've been there anyway.

We visited when it was feeding time and my 3 year old loved watching the fish get fed. He also loved the big tank and the turtle that is soon to be released. My adult son wasn't so keen on it but he's 23. I write enjoyed it but think for the size of it, it should be a little cheaper to enter.

We visited the restaurant for dinner for a birthday. The food is very good, service also of a high standard and the pricing reflects this, great location for a special occasion. You can also visit the aquarium downstairs.

Very over priced for the aquarium with only one big tank and then about 20 small tanks to look at. The turtle was the best. Our two year old liked it but got bored after 5 minutes

The wharf commands attention just at the entrance to Merimbula lake. Fishing and views, jumping into the cool sapphire waters below, the wharf is a lovely place to visit.

Great views, they made a mistake with our order but we scored an extra 6 oysters so can't complain. Good food, small place. Would be good if they expanded

Nice experience, a little expensive for the size of it. Friendly staff with great knowledge of local sealift and area.

It has a good range of displays including seahorses, crabs and octopuses. Overall, the place is on the small side for the price charged. Parking can be limited in busy times.

The little aquarium is great to get kids up close with the regional aquatic life. The view across the bay to Merimbula and Pambula is fantastic. Friendly staff.
