WOW, what a great day we had here. The weather was just right, and not to many people about. We were here from the UK. My son daughter-in -law and 2 children under 12 had to pay $140 and go carts and climbing walls was all extra.I personally thought the price was far to high for a family day out.We paid extra. As much as we enjoyed the day, for the price we feel as if there was not enough included in the price. There was not enough staff around that was sure.We did Archery, wich my husband in UK is a professional, the young lad in charge had no idea about Archery, except the safety aspects for the centre. Many questions were asked, and he had no idea? Please if you give a job to somebody on the Archery range, give them some knowledge about the Sport.

We enjoyed the various activities which we could do. The water slide was excellent and well supervised. A nice place to enjoy a picnic for lunch while children played. The price to enter was a bit too high especially if families have a number of children.

What a hidden treasure of absolutely jampacked amazing varety of fun things to do for the whole family. Great value for your money. Everything is included in the price except for a few activities.Kids under 3 admitted free and Seniors pay only $20. There are waterslides for every age group with safety personal on watch. Moon car track. Paddle boats. Mini golf. Big Slippeery dips(Slides). Archery. Playgrounds for the little kids. Flying fox for big kids and little kids. A Maze. Climbing Wall $5. Go Carts $5. anyone who complains about the price does not appreciate value for money for a whole day entertainment. And the park has to pay wages, insurance u& p keep. They provide little carts to take to your car to load up your stuff to bring into the park. There are BBQs for a small charge. Tractor pulled carriages to see all the park. There is a kiosk and cafe. There were 17 of us from Grandparents to the little kids. And everyone of us had a ball. Three cheers to GreenHills. We had teenagers too,

We took the six year old and had a ball. Plenty to do in an atmosphere that's a little bit daggy, and a lot of fun. Many attendants watching for kid safety. A large focus on water activities, so pick a warm day, and take food and drinks as the kiosk has only got junk food.Adults can join in with the kids or laze around. We loved it so much we converted our tickets to a year pass.

I thought it was overpriced for what you get there. We had 3 children, two 11 year olds and a 9 year old and because they were all taller than 1.20 metre, we paid adult entry prices for them. We had told the children before hand that it would not be the same as other theme parks they had been to. They enjoyed themselves just the same, especially the water slides, paddle boats, aqua bikes, flying fox and the archery. We made the trip from Adelaide to Victor Harbour while holidaying over there. Probably wouldn't go there again.

This place sucks. For $35 it's a rip off. It may be fun for young kids under the age of 10 but for everyone else there's not much to do. Everything is out dated and in need of work. The water slides are terrible. The go karts are the slowest I've ever seen and an extra $5 for 5 minutes. This would be fine if the place was marketed at young kids but it claims to be an adventure park. No adventure here. Save your money and go to the local playground it's exactly the same but free

Visited Greenhills on a 40° day and lucky for us it kept a lot of people away. The only things we could use were the two waterslides which were qiite good & we had about 10 goes which made up the $35 entry fee. Everything else was too hot to touch or sit on. We did try archery and that was fum to attempt & young instructor helpful. The golf was run down and the maze needs greenery. Lunch was great though!

We went as a family of 5 & all had a ball. Discounts through the Entertainment book & RAA made entry reasonable, $90. The grounds were lovely, staff were friendly & the kids (9,12 & 16 yrs) especially loved the archery, paddle boats, golf, dry & wet slides. 8 hours of non stop fun!!

Imagine getting into a time machine and heading back to the 80's, welcome to Greenhills. This place hasn't changed in at least 20 years. All of the staff were unfriendly, unmotivated. Staff were also very young, which does not seem ideal considering some of the more risky activities such as archery and rock climbing. No-one was wearing eye protection at the archery range and no rules were enforced by the 15 year old running each session. Looking around, kids were running around with smiles on their faces but clearly the place is beginning to get run down and is in desperate need of refurbishment. The putt putt course appears like it hasn't been flat for 10 years and the water bikes/paddle boats were faulty and extremely stiff steering. The food and drinks in the 'restaurant' were well priced, but the decore was like a retirement home/RSL club. The food was very basic however, a standard pub would offer much better quality and variety.

I visited with my 9 year old last month. She had been before and wanted to go again. I'd only really heard fairly negative comments prior to visiting (all from adults). Well hey how critical people are ! - I was absolutely delighted with the whole place. It's in lovely grounds, well kept, spacious and picturesque, the staff were also all lovely. We spent the whole day from 10-5...I wish I'd bought a season ticket on entry as we're definitely going back. I think I'd even go back on my own just to sit , read and enjoy a drink in the grounds. The canoe trip down the river was a delight (and free!). If you've heard negatives and its put you off I'd say ignore them and go and discover this lovely place for yourself. Well Done Greenhills !

Family of 2 adults, 3 kids (8,6,18 mnths) cost us 136 bucks to get in. Which is expensive in my book for something that hasnt really changed in 30 yrs. Above all though, lived the excitement through our kids eyes and had a great day.

This place has it all - paddle boats, canoes, archery, water slides. dry slides and even a train to take you around. Was a very full day. There are a few things you need to pay extra for like go carts, 4 wheel motor bikes and the rock climbing (although the kind man have us a refund when it wad proving too tricky for my 6 year old). A couple of things could do with some repairs and a coat of paint. Allow a full day. Will definitely be back.

We recently spent the day at Greenhills Aventure Park with our three grandsons aged 7, 6 and 4. Within minutes of arriving aged 6 was already planning our return visit! The park is in a very pretty location that adds to the whole experience - not concrete and paving but vast well maintained grassed areas, massive trees with well maintained facilities. The staff we encountered were all friendly and patient with the children. We decided to self cater and used one of the provided BBQ's which you ask the staff to light - before we knew it they had wheeled over a BBQ to our picnic table - perfect! The grandsons went on a variety of the attractions including the powered vehicles which you do pay $5 extra for per ride however we still thought it was good value for money as they are very generous with the length of the ride. We spent nearly 5 hours at Greenhills but still didn't use all that was on offer. This is our second visit in three months and really enjoyed both occasions. After uploading photos of the day on FB we now have a large group of people wanting to come with us next time. Greenhills is not a whizz bang, shiny lights, loud flashy attraction what is does provide is a genuine family experience and the smilies on our grandsons faces said it all!

We went along with slightly low expectations because of a few poor reviews but we loved it. Our 4 kids range from 6-12 and they had a ball- we were there from 10-5 and the kids didn't stop. Friendly, obliging staff and so much to do. Sure the place is showing it's age but so what- the kids don't notice that it could do with a coat of paint. This is a day out for families that like to do things- not just sit back and be entertained. We counted 14 activities that we squeezed in including canoeing, archery, paddle boats, the maze, slides ( crazy kids did the water ones in July ), son and I did the 9 holes of golf, mini golf also, go carts ( $5). Great day out. Very quiet being a cool July day but that meant we almost had the place to ourselves. Well doneand thank you Greenhills for the great memories.
