nice and quiet place, small walk trough the woods and then near the water to get a great view, .................

We arrived around 9am and no one else was around. There are no directions as to parking and no overall map of trails anywhere to be found so you had to try to spot the trail heads. We did the Anse de Sable trail which was of moderate difficulty. Very beautiful area with excellent look outs, but more information and signs would definitely be helpful! Also note that many of the trails have many roots and rocks, therefore you must be careful. We also stepped on a wasp's nest along the trail unknowingly, so be careful!

My husband and I hiked the Sentier de la coulée des mats from the dock up to the summit of the cape and down to the beach on the other side. This trail offered amazing views. If you decide to hike this trail, don't forget to bring good shoes and mosquito repellent. One last thing: this trial is for the sure-footed among us: the path climbs (sometimes abruptly), is strewn with rocks and roots, and is often narrow and inclined (from left to right and right to left).

On y retournera à l'occasion !
