I'm not the most social person, but this was okay on a weekday during the day. we were able to get a table. if you're a bit germ-phobic, they post the day they close for a full cleaning on their website schedule. our four-year-old loved the netted jungle gym, and our crawler rocked the toddler area. because he was under one, he was free. because adults are also free, we were able to bring an extra adult to help. they also sell baby snacks.

I wasn't sure if my toddler would be old enough to enjoy herself here, but I'm glad we tried it out! There's tons of different activities, and it's much bigger than it looks from the outside. There's an area for younger kids (with a ballpit!) and a bouncy castle that she liked the best, but the big climbing structure will get more fun as she gets older, I'm sure! There's also basketball, an area where you can shoot little foam balls around, a games area, party rooms, and a video games area. So TONS of things to do! The price was a bit high (almost $10), but really not out of line with other facilities and we actually spent a lot of time here and made it worth it. The cafe area had more healthy options than I was expecting, which was nice, and prices here were not too unreasonable. Overall, we had a great day and I'm looking forward to going back again soon!

I have been there a few time with the kids. There are plenty of activities for them and they really enjoyed it. I would go there more often but it is quite expensive especially when compared with the playground at WEM.

The kids loved all the different play areas. Healthy snacks available. Great for ages 1-12. Would definitely go again.

So this place is a tad on the expensive side. And I mean, I def could never afford a birthday party. For my 5 kids, its about $65 to just walk in the door! THEN if you want to feed or beverage you or the kids...yikes right? A whole pizza is $30!!!!!! COME ON! But the kids love it. Spiderman makes appearances, as well a clown making balloon animals. There's an interactive program on the floor for kids to test skills and explore. A couple video game consoles, plasma cars, basketball, jumpy thing. They also hold activities in the party rooms for the kids like songs, crafts, Lego. Its just a very expensive day. Far better than Lets Play

We went on Nov 11, it was extremely busy due to the fact everyone is off that day- but it was nice to just have our toddler in a play area to burn off the energy & socialize. They have sections for different age groups, which is great as I didn't have to worry about my toddler being stomped on. The prices are great and they have specials going on all the time. A great stay during the Winter for everyone!

We're weekly regulars here. The hours, price and variety of activities are great. The ages of activities range from about 12mo to 8yrs.

Went for first time in the morning, Just after open. Place is clean not overly packed this day. Staff are nice.Canteen on the other hand could use some help. 6 people behind counter takes them 5+ minutes to take my order, I ask the young guy if they have chicken Taquitos he went and checked and told me yes. So I ordered one. Took a nice huge bite and not chicken at all. Not even sure what it was inside. Needless to say I'll stick to a sandwich next time.Other then the canteen lacking customer service skills the place was good.

Really great indoor facility for the kids, so much for them to do. Food is a little pricey so I will bring more of our own next time but they do have healthy choices which was nice. Video games bit of a money pit, especially the amount of tickets needed to win toys but that's my biggest complaint. Will definitely go again. Very clean

Our son (3) loves this place, and we like it too. There is quite a bit of seating, activities keep kids on their feet, and any "token" games are off in a corner, so not much of a hassle for Mom and Dad who would rather not waste the $$$.Our 7 year old daughter had fun too, but expressed that it was a little juvenile for her - not that we could really tell from the way she played. We would recommend it, it's a nice family time and if the kids are old enough to require minimal supervision (they can't get out without you) - can be a mini-date night for parents strapped for a sitter. There is even a concession, with pretty decent coffee and a fairly reasonably priced selection of foods. Weekends are insane though - and more expensive to get in - so we recommend a weekday evening, when the place is a bit emptier.

This is an absolute must for moms with small kids. There is so much for the little ones to do and everything is very clean and well maintained. The Snack Shack does not have a huge selection but still not too bad. My 2 year old loved it and we will definitely take her again! This is an awesome place for your next birthday party as well and their prices seem reasonable!

So much fun for the kids!! This place has lots of activities for children of all ages. It also serves a good selection of food, drinks and snacks at reasonable prices and it even has free wifi. Lots of tables so parents can sit and relax while the kiddos play. Very bright, clean and fun atmosphere. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced.
