Great new restaurant at the casino, not before time. We eat at the new Match restaurant regularly now and find the food good and prices ok. It makes for a fun evening when combined with the casino offerings.

We spent a night at the hotel - excellent. However the buffet is not worth it at all. No variety, plastic glasses, no one to get wine or beer if you want it. We had a promotional coupon but even with that the price was expensive. We could not use the seniors discount as we already had a certificate. Basically we saved the taxes. By the way, I have read other reviews on the buffet. Does anyone even bother to respond??? I wonder if the management bothers to read them. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants in Langley and we shall certainly be using them in future. Too bad. The buffet used to be good. Also the A la carte menu has gone - so no choice. I realize you are trying to save money AND IT SHOWS.

Last night out before going back to work so off we headed to the casino. We normally go to the Hard Rock in Coquitlam but for a change we went to Langley. The casino was not too full and is a good size so there are lost pf slots and tables to play at.When we got there around 8:30 we wanted to get some food. There are 2 places to eat a buffet and a sports bar. The bar was packed as there was a fight on the TV's. So we headed to the buffet. There was basically no one there. So we gambled until 10 when the bar was supposed to empty out after the fight ended. So back to the bar at 10. It was slow to empty but after about 10 min we got a table. Service and people were good. I ordered some pasta for $14 instead of the buffet for $18 hoping it would fill me up... well that was a joke it was like a child's portion. Ok I know we all need to eat proper portions but it was a cereal bowl size. When i went hope i had to eat again. The 4 stars is more for the casino eat before coming here!

We went to the buffet for my son's birthday, and so he could play his usual $20.00. I agree with other reviewers on this one, the buffet was terrible. Food had little flavour, not a great selection, the ice cream machine was down, and it all was so very limited. Not even mashed potatoes! No potatoes actually..The casino was just that...I would advise to eat at Fraser Downs in Cloverdale when they have the buffets on the race days....

If you are considering having a wedding reception or company party here, there are a few things to know. The food is tasteless. No matter how they dress up the food in their brochures, be prepared for run of the mill, bland, hospital quality fare. If you're happy with plain roast beef and mashed potatoes, then proceed to step two.Be aware of who your neighbour is. People often get a divided section of the main hall for events and forget to consider noise seeping through that divider wall. To compound issues, the DJs are often staged back to back against the wall which means you are certain to get bleed through during dinner and speeches. If you have a rowdy group and don't care, move to step three, or alternatively check if the event next to you has a similar timeline. The staff is standoffish. I don't know what's up behind the curtain here, but it seems that they do their best to avoid you. I've had clients complain to the Casino staff about the way I am treated as a performer, as well as overall to the guests of the event. They are not horrible or rude, just simply unavailable. No time, not my job, I'm not allowed, I don't know... Could be an issue of high turnover.Alternatives: Fort Langley Golf, or any major hotel chain if you're looking for on site accommodations.

Sometimes after having a nice dinner at the match eatery which is attached to this casino, my partner and i venture into the casino for a few rounds of roulette and are usually quite entertained.

My sister and I went to the casino here and had the buffet. It was the worst food that I have ever tasted, including some of my own disasters. They had some kind of vegetable balls that were totally either overcooked or wrongly cooked. They were so hard you could barely bite them. There was no feta cheese in the greek salad. They had three different type of pork, None of them were tasty. The sweet and sour pork had sat around so long there were no sauce left on them. The salmon was terrible, dry and tasteless. There was a dish there that was supposed to be beans with prawns, there were no prawns in it. I do understand that some people will stand and take the prawns out of the dish but this should be addressed when the people notice it. There was a peculiar pork dish that had sliced meat and gravy but did not taste like anything. They had a small pork roast as well that was dry and tasteless, they then replaced that with a piece of ham that looked like it came from the hock. The dessert selection was just as bad. The only thing that had any taste was something that was supposed to be mince pie but did not taste very much like it. The rest of the dessert choices were squares and cookies that did not seem very tasty either. I will surely avoid eating at the buffet again. For $18.00 per person it was more than a bad deal. My advice if you stay there walk down to either the My Thai restaurant that does not look like much but serves very good and tasty meals for a decent price. Or try the shusi restaurant it is good as well. These are within walking distance.

It;s a casino!! Does anyone ever win? Sure maybe a couple of bucks here and there, just to keep you interested. However, other than the slots etc etc, the food here is terrible. Do not make a date to frequent the buffer. Sunday brunch is the worst. Yes it is cheap in price, but man o man, you get what you pay for. YUKK!!!!

Our quarterly birthdays celebration took place at the new restaurant Match at Cascades Casino. The ten of us had six different entree choices and four appie choices. A first visit for us all and almost all had very good opinions for their selections. One fail was the salmon burger entree. Looked great but the salmon was Cold! I enjoyed the crab Mac and cheese! So good and creamy and loads of crab! Served with garlic toast. VERY rich. Perhaps a veggie side would balance the dish? Overall very good with excellent service. The salmon was replaced and removed from the bill.

Fun time for sure at the Cascades! The Halloween dinner & dance was fun! you have to like dancing for this one. Food was decent as well. The only complaint - alcohol drinks were $7.50 for a glass of wine! Too rich for my blood! Went to the casino after and of course left our money there! Fun night all around.

Same type of food as before with no increase in the amount of variety. Food quality was barely okay. Want a cheap place to eat with mediocre food then this is the place.

I visited the Cascades Casino in September. It was okay but I didn't win any money! Maybe next time. There was some construction going on.

We arrived late into langley , i liked that it was close to our hotel to relax from our drive .It's very nice little casino, with a bigger casino feel. I really enjoyed it because I won,,,

They went smoke free a few years ago and doubled their business; Others should take a hint. One member card good in all BC. Machines had plenty of play, we actually came out slightly ahead.

My daughter got married in their ballroom and we stayed in two of the rooms. It was very nice hotel that was very clean. In the heart of downtown Langley you can walk to many restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this hotel. We also redeemed Save On More points to get gift cards for Coast Hotels and used those towards payments for the rooms.
