As a former greenskeeper, I have a very keen eye for everything relating to the course maintenance... and I'm pretty picky! T Springs is a fantastic track. The greens are challenging, but are extremely well maintained. The drainage is top notch and the bunkers have great sand and are well trimmed (of course I myself *never* went into one, haha). I've played this course after four days of heavy rain, and I don't think I had a single soft footstep anywhere on the fairways! The course DOES have a couple of downsides. - The course is quite expensive, and with so many great courses in and around Vancouver many people seem put off by this. Personally I find it such a treat to play that it's well worth the money. - The course is much shorter than the average full size course. People seem to rant about this aspect, but again, I think this is a question of perspective. I happen to LIKE the short length for several reasons - you get to practice short and mid irons more / you aren't always trying to swing out of your shoes and can focus on making quality shots / rounds take over an hour less to play / shorter par 4s give you risk reward option of driving the green which can be dangerous but fun. Anyway, suffice to say that although I wouldn't want every round of golf I ever played to be on a short course like this, I love the flow of the game when I play here. - As for the tight fairways... while it's true that there are a few instances when the track feels a little tight, I really don't think it's a big deal overall. It's never been a concern for me.All in all I really really like Tsawwassen Springs. I am honestly shocked to see so many mediocre reviews for the course. I suppose a lot of people really down it for the price and length factors... as if they are measuring value based on yards per dollar, instead of on quality of the golf provided... which is silly IMHO.Oh, one last point. Another positive about this course. I have a foursome of close buddies in which one friend and I are single digit handicaps, while the other two are pretty much 25+ beginners. This course is perfect... challenging and interesting for the advanced golfer, but approachable for the beginner. 'nuff said.

The course has been renovated and converted from 9 to 18 holes. Similar to a lot of new courses too many houses all along the course. Nice course but I found it pricey.

The new course is a tremendous improvement of the previous layout which was not challenging and often a mudhole. The prices here are a bit high compared to the Vancouver and Burnaby city courses but if you live in the Lower Mainland you can opt for a card (with benefits) that lowers the greens fee. The course itself can be challenging for a short course regardless of the tee boxes one plays though certainly from the blacks it is a real challenge. Most of the holes are narrow so accuracy is a key. Wind coming in off the nearby strait can be a real factor especially on the back part of the course. The real challenges are the greens. Although the roll true, usually fairly fast, and for the most part they are undulating and the pin placements are usually difficult. One can be on a green in regulation and, if not in the correct location which is usually the case for the average duffer, can easily three putt. The course's greatest asset is the great drainage. One can play the Springs right after a huge downpour and there is virtually no puddles to be found. The clubhouse should be finished this coming year along with a covered driving range, both should make play even more enjoyable.

This course is an embarrassment. Way too expensive and really just bad. Awful design and layout. Its still an executive course like it always was that they charge like its Predator Ridge or something. Would never play this dump again. Ron Toigo and Pat Quinn should be embarrassed that their names are behind this whole project. What a joke, stay away

Its not a bad golf course however the front nine is very tight and can be a bit dangerous with balls flying into your fairway. I don't play it very often because of this and the price is a bit steep.

Amazing greens for a young course, well done.Great shorter challenge for high and low handicapper…...

I really like this course as I am a high handicapper. I am also a Tsawwassen Springs Card holder so I get significant discounts on green fees (today's walk-up price for Sunday 8AM-Noon was $79/for Springs Card holders $49!). This is really my ONLY real downside of this course - $80 is just too much for weekend round at this course. Yes, yes, yes - it is in great shape but it is still very short, with no clubhouse to hang out. I really think the max you should charge on this course for a weekend should be no greater than $60.As a new addict of golf with a 28 handicap, Springs is a great course that offers more than enough challenges. The front 9/10 is in the footprint of the old course and the remaining 8 are on the new side. There's enough changes to the old course to challenge your memory on how the old Exec course was laid out. The quality and care of the course is exceptional with greens very challenging and true. Fairways are also in better-than-average shape. We golfed here last week on a Wednesday, teeing off at 5:00. We finished at around 8:35 and there was plenty of light left. A very enjoyable day. Note: The 150 yard markers are replaced with 125 yard markers!! So don't get caught there.Because of my Springs Card AND because it is 5 minutes away from my home, I'll definitely play there again. Springs staff you're competing against Kings Links which is less money and 5x the course... if you could possible eliminate the 2-club wind. Point Roberts is still very affordable though it has gone severely downhill.

The course is essentially split in two because of development. The front 9 is great, but when you get to the back 9 it is beyond plain. No trees over 10" or so and they are far and few in between. There are much better options in the lower mainland for the price.

We really enjoyed playing this golf course, it's just the right length for my wife. Had burgers & beers at the restaurant afterwards, friendly staff and good food at reasonable prices.
