amazing space studio & gallery

We were welcomed into the gallery by Claire, who spent time explaining her very interesting and creative art. She has an interesting perspective on the pine beetle epidemic in BC, and has captured the infestation very creatively.

The owners, Bill & Claire, are as warm and welcoming as is the converted church that is Amazing Space. The best espresso in town over a lively discussion about art and the local area - these lovely couple is a must visit when in Wells.The art is gorgeous - be sure and visit their website for a preview!

I wish my house was bigger only because I could have seen so many of the amazing pieces of art covering my walls! The highlight was getting to spend one on one time with Claire, who shared her vision and explained her work with the series of what I believe she simply called "Trees". It is an "Amazing Space" and definitely worth stopping in.P.S. The current picture shows the Wells Hotel (yellow bldg) and not of the studio which is across the street in a white church.
