Just recently got TripAdvisor app so this review is pretty late but I visited Canada's Wonderland last summer (2014) with some friends and it was the best time ever! So much fun you have to see it to believe it. Only thing was long waiting times on big rides that's expected and you're not allowed to bring your own food or drinks in the park and the food sold in wonderland gets kinda pricey. But no question I'll be back this summer (2015) and probably buy a season pass!

Great rides, lots of fun. Food is overpriced and very crowded sometimes. Long lines with people holding spots. Overall, the rides are awesome.

Fun rides and shows for the whole family. We especially enjoy the water rides. The food and drinks are very expensive. I would recommend bringing a backpack with water and some snacks.

Overall we love going to Wonderland for the day so much for everyone to see and do. Each of us has a favorite ride that has to be the first and last ride of the day. The Dragon fire has always been my personal fav. And the water park we just love some of the new rides like the one that's like being flushed down a toilet. And the fireworks displays are the perfect end to a great day. The food and ticket prices are a bit ridiculous but if you get them online they are cheaper and sometimes you can find good deals. Overall great family fun had by all.

Seasons passes are a must if you live close by. If not plan on going on a Monday or a cloudy day. Food prices are very jacked up, they don't allow food in the park anymore but you can do in and out.

My past two visits made me never want to visit Canada's wonderland again! Terrible customer service. Over charged both times. Had to argue with customer service, and the only response you get is "it's just really hard". Need a better system of dealing with things, not a rotating shift of under 20 year olds who don't care. if you have children do not take them to Halloween haunt. I witnessed a staff member simulating an inappropriate act with a metal pipe with another staff member, before turning to me and saying he was going to shove it somewhere explicit. Their promotion of rape culture is not ok!!! They never responded to my email, they only half assed responded when I put a comment on Twitter. Asked me to email them...never got a response. They employ young kids, who you are supposed to trust with your safety on rides...meanwhile you can smell the pot on them. And with a comment of "never liked you anyways" to paying customers...this whole place needs a lesson in customer service. Sadly I prepurchased a seasons pass for this summer, so further wasted my money. Doubt I will return.

Always love Canada's Wonderland. Of course this isn't for the complainers. You have to be prepared for hot days and being on your feet,

Best place to be in the summer - Canada's Wonderland. I am a kid at heart and this place has forever been my fantasy land. I always get passes for my family. Rides to make you fly. Rides to make you free. Rides to make you spin and throw-up! okay well not really but I have experienced nauseousness for an entire day. (I did tell the kids I would feel this way if they took me on Clockwerks and here we went and when it stopped so did I! I had to sit down immediately after the ride stopped and not move and then of course could not go on anything else the rest of the day despite the pleas from my kids, bless their strong stomachs!). If you have young kids best to visit the park in the early morning where the rides are not busy. This way they can stay on, not have to line up - as there aren't any lineups - and just keep riding. We always arrived early and left by noon - when the crowds would come. My motto - no waiting in line. I also advise taking food with ice packs/cooler and leaving it in the car. You can get a stamp for re-entry if you are there for just one single visit - or use your pass to go in and out. Entertainment abounds. There is an indoor theatre which always surprises me. The talent is amazing. Makes you feel like you are seeing a Broadway show. The outdoor amphitheatre puts on a great show - usually singing and dancing - a real crowd pleaser. There are two 3D theatres where the seats move a little or a lot depending on your level of toleration. Bungee jumping? A little extra cost but worth it if you only have this chance to do it - just do it! Coasters abound at this northern amusement park. I always sit in front of all coasters - great view, first at the top, a bit slower - yah right - slow?!!! yikes. What a thrill. My fav is The Fly. Quick, fast and fun. A long wait but well worth it. Don't miss the Waterpark - now that's a great time! Bring your own towel, water shoes and no valuables. There are lockers if you really are concerned but I have never taken a locker and have never lost a thing. There are life jackets if you need. Again it's a time thing - go early. Get a chair or two (for your stuff) or chaise lounge and if you are super lucky - an umbrella so as not to get too much sun. A spot over the bridge is good because the wave pool is there and most people stay on the side when you first arrive. Again bring your own food - it's quite expensive and if you don't like pizza.....yes there's a lot of pizza at Wonderland! There is a store and souvenir shop if you are interested...when kids are playing you can shop!! (if they are old enough to not need watching - safety first!!) Black Hole is my fav. 17 seconds to get through - smooth cool ahhhh. Come prepared. Have the time of your life. Make memories. Be in the great outdoors. You really get great bang for your buck at our Canada's Wonderland. Wonderment. Wonderful.

This place is really fun and the lineups aren't that horrible, especially if it's a nice day and you're in good company. They have put in a couple new rides each year and that seems to be enough to maintain interest. The cost is slowly going up, which is a given. But when you can't even bring food in and are forced to buy their disgusting overpriced food... just go to the plaza across the street!

Although this is a great amusement park, with attractions, it just isn't worth the money. Tickets are expensive and the waiting to get on rides is ridiculous.
