I visited at the request of the server at a local restaurant. I was not disappointed. The place is not your regular bar with noisy patrons. It is as sophisticated as the beer that they make and serve. The quality is beyond belief.

The Old Flame brewery is a wonderful new addition to Port Perry! We visit regularly because we love the craft beer and the relaxed, fun atmosphere. The rustic decor is unique and everyone is incredibly friendly. The cheese and meat platter is fantastic too, and we love their local focus/sourcing and commitment to the community. They have unique, fun events and live music from time to time and those evenings are always a great time had by all. You can also buy beer to take away and we had a good experience renting one of their keg fridges for my husband's birthday in the summer. We would highly recommend a visit to the Old Flame!

Very nice place. Rustic looking but newly renovated historic building. The beer is great and usually the owner is there who will give a personal tour. They are very passionate about their craft. The facility is small and they don't really have food (just some snack platters) but there are a few good restaurants within walking distance that also have their brew on tap.

A gf and I stopped in here during a special event downtown Port was having & stayed the night! The atmosphere was awesome, comfy couches, awesome staff, cool swag to purchase and the best is the beer! We liked the lighter brews, the blonde & brunette but my husband has gone up since and purchased some of the darker ones for himself & liked them. It's a high class but casual place to hang out. The owners are typically on site and the brew master is a young hip friendly guy. How many breweries do you come across on a girls night out that you want to stay and hang out at? Not many but we can't wait to go back!

This is a micro brewery located in Port Perry and in addition to trying their beer there are also tours available. We stopped in on our way out to lunch and sampled six of the beers that they make. Before you get worried they provide 4 oz sampler glasses which add up to a 12 oz glass for the three. I personally preferred the darker beers but all of them tasted good. We were not interested in the tour at the time we were there but will likely return for that. This is a bar type setup so you need to go to the bar to place your order for drinks. The tables are rustic but clean with stools for seats. At a guess I would say there is seating for about 30 but there is a large bar for those who prefer to stand. My favourite was the Old Flame Brunette sorry I can't tell you the price since my buddy picked up the tab.
