This museum is not far from Sarnia in Mooretown right on the St Clair River overlooking the USA.We visited this museum as we were staying with family who live locally. The museum charges $5 CAN is well worth the fee. The museum is spread out from the main building to various buildings showing you Canadian history. There is a house, windmill, railway station...............the list goes on. This museum gives you a real insight in local history and is well worth a look if you in the local area. On the day we were there, downstairs in the main building they are starting a new exhibit with lots of interesting artifacts, once finished will be good. The railroad exhibition was very good fun with it being hands on and getting to see some railway models in action.Overall this museum is worth a look and very good value. They sell a couple of things but no fridge magnets which was a little disappointing. Still it was worth a look and would recommend with no hesitation at all.

Excellent museum. Take the time to go through every building, every room. So well maintained and such a great way to preserve the history of the area.
