The theatre is now called Imagine Theatres, the place is clean, good popcorn, and they are running a $5.00 matinee special before 6:oo p. m.

Being close to home and keeping your business local is worth a lot to me , saves on gas and time not to have to drive into the city . Stay local and support your home town.

The previous theatre under the name Star Theatres has closed and has since been taken over by new owners under the name Imagine Cinemas. The have totally renovated the interior with new seating, new concessions stand, new paint and new digital projections systems. We hope this location will be open for many years to come and hope the population of Leamington will support this theatre. Not too many small towns have a facility like this and we would like to keep it open.

We have moved from a large city and tried this local theatre. It was nice not to have the long line up you can often experience at a huge complex. The popcorn and food was less expensive and really good. I liked the friendly staff and it seemed that the owner was serving us also. There were several movies to chose from and the seating was comfortable and tiered so you can see easily. I loved the small town atmosphere combined with the pluses we have come to expect today!

.The seats were very comfortable and seemed to have plenty of leg room..The popcorn was hot and the service was quick and efficient. I would definately go back.

Our Star Theatre in our somewhat smaller town has three screens and all the usual first run movies. The decor is nothing to write home about but the seats are comfortable, the manager Glen is very polite and earnest and the location is central. Some evenings are extremely sparse on customers and once I went to see 'Flags Of Our Fathers' and I was the only person in the audience. Glen decided to show it anyway. We only wish more people would take an evening and go to the movies at the Star and support and help to keep this business going for many years to come. If it goes then please don't cry about not having a theatre here as was the case for many years prior to the Star opening it's doors. I think my wife and I are going tonight.

The theater is fair in the maintenance area and could use a good scrub. I will attend movies there to avoid the trip to Windsor but would prefer a cleaner venue. Also, the atmosphere is not reflected in the price as the tickets are not that much cheaper than the bigger theaters in the city.

The theatre is very small and does not always have the best quality of movies out, but for being in such a small town it serves its purpose.
